Disgraceful company. I ordered two pairs of leggings for my daughter back in December and paid £29 for them. I have since found out that they have been taking £44 a month off me for 'VIP Membership'. I had no idea that this was going to happen as they dont make it clear, therefore I have ended up paying over £200 for these two pairs of leggings. I have instructed the bank to stop any further payments. I have been in touch and cancelled my 'VIP membership' and have been advised I cannot be refunded the 4 payments of £44 that they took off me, I have to use my credit instead. The leggings are nice however the company are awful to do this to their customers and after speaking to my bank the fraud department advised me that they are receiving complaints every week about other people that have been tricked in the same way. Steer clear!
Was sent the wrong size items 3 times. When the right sizes eventually arrived they were a poor fit and bad quality, but Fabletics refused to refund me as I had already requested an exchange first (because they had sent the wrong size...). On top of this, I was signed up to VIP membership without my consent, meaning I had to log on to the website and choose NOT to be charged £44 every month. I cancelled this membership, only to be billed again the following month. Finally cancelled after ages of trying. Definitely not recommended
I made a purchase from Fabletics with this deal of two for £24, I had no idea I that just by putting in my details to make the purchase I had unknowingly signed up to a VIP membership that would charge me over £40 a MONTH! They do not make this clear, it is purposely deceptive, and the leggings are not work the original price of over £60. Its extortion. And the concept of paying monthly to buy clothes at a discount makes no sense as you would be paying the full cost once you add the cost of the subscription on top of what you paid for your clothing anyway? I mean really how much work out gear are you really going to buy? Avoid avoid avoid.
Stay well away from this company.
Customer service is so bad for returns and refunds. It takes several emails, chats, calls to get your refunds. Do not purchase from them.
I had a missing item from order and been scammed £49 for VIP membership.
It was not very clear what I was signing up for. I bought a top; not the best quality in the world and realised that my credit card had been charged £44.00. I contacted Fabletics to cancel and spoke to a lady called Eunz and was told that I would be refunded the relevant amount, oh I was, but back into the Fabletics account. I don't ever want to buy anything from this site again. I feel as though a man on a horse has ridden up and shouted "stand and deliver"... daylight robbery.
SCAM ALERT. This company are a scam company that trick you into a membership you do not want or do not need and charge lots of money for it.

This company is scamming people all over the world! At one time I had two accounts because I moved countries and they charged me VIP membership for both.
Just be careful - they literally have no respect for any customers. I cancelled the debit from my bank when I realised they were stealing from me and they gave it as a debt to a debt collection agency!

I ordered and returned some leggings for my daughter who is a gymnastic coach. Today they told me I had somehow without my knowledge entered into a VIP account and took £44 out. For goods I won't be buying! I am escalating this to the highest degree as this is down and out robbery.
I was not aware they took my credits each month. Only after one year when I checked my bank account I found out. Then I immediately called them to ask for refund. The weird thing is they first say they couldn't do it then after I insisted they could give only partial credits back. But that does not satisfy me, since I initially requested all 11 credits back (which they took about $550!) and I would not want to buy any products from them given this terrible service and unclear policy. Then I called twice to explain my situation, all what they can say is sorry they don't have the allowance to refund. That does not help and solve any of my concern. If they cannot solve my case, I would like report this company to the authority. This is a terrible scam. I believe there are many customers who have similar experience. We want our money back, clear policy and transparent procedure of being able to choose based on our rights.
Beware of the false information this company provides. When placing the order we were assured of delivery within 24 hours of placing the order for which we paid a premium. The order instead arrived 5 days after it was placed, and 1 day after the date it was intended. On contacting customer service when I asked why Fabletics was giving false information to me, the person promptly put the phone down on me. This behaviour is not only rude but downright dishonest - the company is ripping off customers through false promises.

Then get email on 11th of month saying skip by 5th HOW?

I have been a VIP member for 2 years but everytime the VIP sales goes live and outfits are half price, my account suddenly gets 'locked' and my payment card that i use every time is mysteriously declined so that I cannot place orders. When I ring the Customer Services line im told that I have to wait 24 hours, then 48 hours... after waiting this time, the sale is over, the products are out of stock and my card and account are mysteriously unblocked! What a scam...
Awful service from fabletics, I ordered 4 items and had enough member credits to pay for the lot! They took the member credits and charged my PayPal account! I'm still waiting 4 months on for my £88.00 refund they have promised a refund but it just hasn't happened.
I forgot to skip for several months and got 5 credit, which works out to about £220. I really wanted to make a purchase, but to be honest i dont like anything and the quality isnt that great. And paying £44 to an outfit is such a rip off. I can get quality product from some where else and can actually have more choices.
Called them today and they said that they will not refund me because I did not skip. And there's no way i can get my money back. So I am forced to buy something that i do not like?
Their T&Cs were very unclear about this as well. I read the whole thing and they mentioned nothing about refund you the money if you have credit and you want to cancel the membership. I think we need to really report them to some authority.

I bought a top on fabletics for £8 as this was a discount offer. A few months later I looked at my credit card statement and found out I was paying fabletics £44 a month. They had taken £132 altogether. I called fabletics to ask for the money to be refunded as I did not know I was on a direct debit with them. The man told me I cannot have a refund because when I purchased the item with a discount offer, I had automatically signed up as a 'VIP member', but I can use the £132 to spend on fabletics. Eventually the manager agreed to refund my money! What a waste of my time and I didn't even like the top!
Stay away from them.

They grab your money with a faulty pay system and membership. They are not helpful stay away!
I am just in shock regarding the way this company handle their customers. I am now in the process of trying to spend the £49 member credits that I am unable to get credited back to me, but you can't spend less it has to be £49 or more! So I can't find anything for exactly £49 on the site so now I have to spend MORE money with this crook of a company to spend my member credits - oh but also some items are excluded from you being able to spend your member credit against them... but you don't know which ones... trading standards here I come!
Bought 2 legging with a great deal, a few weeks later got charged for another 50 Euro (basically the discount), when contacted them, they said I am not a f*** VIP member and that's the fee for that (nowhere in their mobile website they mentioned anything about the fee). After arguing, they said all I can do it to purchase the amount of membership fee from their rob-you-on-the-day-light site.
I have just received an email to tell me i have credit, which is a surprise as I clicked to skip a month. I cannot afford anything this month and now have £44 taken out of my account. Will cancel membership and urge everyone else to beware and not join
When buying your first product from them, they automatically sign you up to a VIP member and then take out £44 from your bank. Doesn't say anything of this when checking out your basket. I only knew when I saw money was missing from my bank. Called them up, they say "it says in the order email, stated in the t&c's". I never agreed for money to be taken out of my acc but they will not refund. FUMING! Absolutely sh*t customers service. They say they will give me 20% upon changing my acc to a guest one but the only way to use the 20% is to check out as a VIP (!), which means I will have £44 taken out of my acc again!
