Whenever I have any issues with my shipments, FFF has always always made it right. I will remain a loyal subscriber because of this and the variety of products I can try for a very low introductory price. Things I may never know about or think to try. I have found some wonderful products this way. The customers service is the best that I have had to deal with.

I was a member of FabFitFun for 3 years and I used to really look forward to it, even without customizing I got fun, new and exciting products. 1 yr in I realized if I didn't customize I would end up with a box of stuff that would just sit in the box unused. Boring products that were not relevant to me. This latest Spring box was the last for me. Even though I am an annually billed "VIP" subscriber, every single thing I was even mildly interested in was sold out. This is way before the regular customization even starts! And the items that are left are so called "throwback" items, which is a fancy way of saying "stuff longtime subscribers already have" or "crap no one wanted the first time". Complacency is the enemy of subscription boxes. I will remember the first year of FabFitFun fondly but I wish I had cancelled sooner.

I started off. Buying a mini box to see if this was a subscription that I wanted for myself at $50 a box. The mini box was shopped directly and I received it faster than expected. I went ahead and signed up. I have been charged for my winter box 3 times, all the total of $192.70 I have been refunded 3 different times. The third time not receiving my entire amount back, I let this issue go as I just wanted to get my winter box. I received my box today, it was completely smashed, the box was hanging open on the corners, I'm missing a product, im assuming because the box was trashed. The post office took pictures and posted a letter stating the box was in this condition upon them receiving it. I am not a makeup wearer and everything I got in my box is makeup related, I am just trying to have a good expierence with this company and it is turning out to be a bigger hassle than it has been fun for me this box was not worth 50 dollars at all. Not for myself anyways. I didnt get the slippers, or blanket, none of the jewelry options, the hand moisturizer. Nothing I was expecting. They did give me the option to pick 3 customized items for the "inconviences" these 3 products i chose are the only products i will use out of the box. I'm not quite sure why we fill out a beauty profile so the boxes can come to our liking when they send you whatever they want anyways. I hope the other members enjoyed their boxes! Hopefully the spring box makes up for the winter box.

This company has exceptional customer service and products. On the occasions when the products recurved were incorrect or broken they shipped a replacement quickly with no questions asked. I've also found some amazing deals on their edit or add on sales - a water bottle that is for sale right now on another website for $48 was only $19 at fabfitfun. This is by far the best subscription box I've ever subscribed to.

I've only needed customer service twice since joining months ago and both time have been exceptional! First the wrong items were sent to me, (was had to find a phone number to contact by person, only issue) and instead of having me send it back I was told to keep it as a sorry for the inconvenience! Very shocked and was a nice surprise!
Second I was having issues with my customization of my box, the website wouldn't let me move onto the next one, even after restarting my phone and the website. Customer service helped me via live chat, sent me pictures of the items and I could choose! Thank you! All very much appreciated. Keep up the great work!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
