I made a mistake by going annual by taping the box that said upgrade for 10 more dollars. I did not realize it was you pay up front for a whole year. I emailed them at 10pm and by morning my mistake was fixed.

I joined in on all the fun in Summer 2018. Became an annual member, because... why not? I love seeing new beauty and techy materials they have to introduce. Their team are fun and informative. Enjoy the health classes and products they have to offer. When I have an issue with an item, they made me feel heard. Very friendly group of people.
Customer service has helped me resolve my issues twice already. Both times they were very kind and quickly and easily resolved my issues. Fabfitfun is a good value with nice full size items and the ability to edit some choices. That and the excellent customer service will definitely keep me around

I had a customer service issue that was explained and resolved in minutes
My sister sent me a referral link and I wanted her to get the deserved credit, and when I tried customizing my box every item was sold out I only had a choice of surprise me(which I normally would prefer but I wanted to customize this one). She was able to most importantly get my sister the credit and give me some options for the customize. I also got disconnected, which I am sure was my fault, and they were able to get me right back to the same employee of talking to with the help of another employee so I didn't have to be bounced back and fourth! Very please with the customer service and I hope to have the same feelings about the box I get.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
