I got stuck at one point it was trying to force me to pay more money than I can afford right now
I emailed asking if common allergens can be accommodated in subscription boxes ie can my account be flagged so an employee can double check I'm not being sent a beauty item with an allergen in it. The answer is no. How disappointing! There's no point in me subscribing if there's a decent chance I'll get products I can't even safely use. The rep who I spoke with was very clear in the answer, hence the 2 stars.
The most dedication I was very much really pleased about was her quick contact back! Kim had all her facts straight when it came to my personal issue at hand. Therefore, there was not one single piece of my puzzle I needed further information on! I applaud Kim!

Changed my membership when updating my payment info but did it in the wrong order so my previous card was charged over my new one. Jessica not only called me back and apologized for not answering the phone but she made it so easy to refund and recharge on the correct card. Other companies should strive for this kind of customer service. I will continue to use FabFitFun as my gift to myself for life.
My chat was with Johnson E. He was great at addressing my issues and concerns. He was able to work out a plan for me during this time of uncertainty. He seemed compassionate and knowledgeable and my hubby appreciated the savings in order to continue my subscription.

I absolutely love giving your box as a gift however I have had an issue every time I try to buy one online. Those who help me on the phone and by chat are extremely kind and try to be helpful however the issue has not been solved. I have to buy the gift using another email and wish I could actually speak with someone who works at the company with authority. That is the only frustration I have had.

I didn't a membership on 4/20/2020 hour later I realized I couldn't do a membership at this time cause of personal reasons I asked for refund and to cancel my membership and got this wonderful girl Savannah on chat she was so wonderful got me my refund and cancelled my membership all same day very fast thanks FabFitFun I will return All stay safe

I am a new subscriber to this seasonal box subrscription and I am pleasantly surprised with their customer support. They will also have Seasonal sales on past items, I ordered some things and only recieved half of my items. So I contacted the support and they helped me track them down quite quickly.

A been debating on whether or not to order fab fit fun Box for Spring but I kept seeing the advertisements and the really neat items that were included for Spring so I decided to throw caution to the wind in order my the Box. All the items that were shown and advertised were already sold out so thank goodness I wrote down the customer service number, I called spoke to someone and we were able to change my subscription from Spring to Summer.

Recently back after an over 2 year hiatus. So glad to be treating myself again
I have paid for the subscription, purchased add-ons, as well as other items sold over the last few months. I realized I was not receiving my box about three weeks after I should have and wrote them an email since I couldn't find a number to call. That's when I get an email stating they had an issue getting an item that was supposed to be in my box and the add-on order was missing an item. I would've been fine with a substitution, credit for the missing item just to get my box on time. This would be my very first box from here and the first impression of this company is far from ideal. My frustration just continues to build as the days go by work no box or email with updates.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
