The frame of my Nike sports glasses was broken. I googled on the web to search for a replacement and found it on EZContacts with a very good price. I ordered it from them. Their services were excellent. They help iron out all the issues that I have promptly.
Maybe I was insanely unlucky, but I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, and neither pair showed up when they were supposed to. In fact, they both showed up two weeks late, and when I inquired as to why, the response was that it was impossible to actually estimate an eta. I then asked for a refund on the shipping since I paid for something that wasn't applicable, and they offered me 5% off (the same deal that was on their site) and I never received that either. Only order from these guys if you have a month to burn...
I wanted to leave a review simply because I was very nervous before ordering from this site. I read some reviews that weren't good, and some that were. I tracked my order and chatted with a support representative throughout the process to be sure that everything was running smoothly. SO happy to say that I received my order right on time, and the product was exactly what I wanted. It came with a nice case that matched the brand, as well as two microfiber cloths and glasses cleaner. I'm SO happy with Ezcontacts!
Took over 10 days to receive order after it was placed. Want to chat with someone online? Don't bother clicking the "chat" button - no one answers, and you are asked to leave a message. Good luck getting a reply. Horrible. Total scam operation. NEVER AGAIN!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY! Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a pair of sunglasses Aug. 6th and paid an EXTRA $19.99 for a 3 day EXPRESS... Called Aug. 15th (9 Days Later) and was told supposedly they had to wait for Versace to ship the sunglasses to them because they were back ordered. That they should receive it that day. What happened was that they probably were still not finished from making the sunglasses at there home. What a coincidence that they had shipped them out to me that night. (Sounds like a bunch of f*@^&n Bullsh! T to me) My dispute was to get my $20 for paying a 3 day express. That day a Rep named G said he'd call me back, nothing that day. The next day I called and Ram said he'd call me back in an hour and nothing, 4 hours later I called and was told that I probably missed were it said it only applies once your order is ready to ship. Well, had I known that they didn't have them on hand I would have just waited for normal delivery time and save myself the extra $ 20 dollars. In the end I was only able to get refunded $10, well let's see how long that'll take to get back. It shows my tracking order is on its way, let's hope the Sunglasses are legit and in good Condition. I truly hope I do not have to go through the nightmare of returning them. Overall I will never buy from this Company again because the next time around I probably wont get so lucky! LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Buying the glasses was easy. Paying was ok. The company failed, however, to deliver in timely manner. It's been over a week and they haven't dispatched the glasses yet. In their website, the shipment or delivery (unclear) time was 5 to 7 days, but they already missed this deadline.
I knew the price was too good to be true. I'm usually not this stupid. But I fell for it. Don't be like me - run from this company.
What customer service. Ordered glasses almost a month ago, processing and shipping delayed almost 2 weeks, and it clearly states if there are any processing concerns, or if your lenses are on back order someone will contact you... That's a joke. I had to contact the company and express my frustration and need for the glasses, all I was offered was 3 day shipping... It's been 5 business days... Prices might be cheap but I don't want to ever give my hard earned money to this company again
Needed a pair of authentic Ray Ban Olympian I sunglasses in black. Found this outfit online and ordered a pair of RB's Olympian I's and the total price was less than $100.00! Sweet, hard to find "shades." Young love, but loving this place, for sure. The order was not sent super fast, but it wasn't a super long time either. Couple weeks maximum, if i recall correctly.
That was no problem for me, and the price was "killer." Brand spanking new, "squeaky new" in box with all the accoutrements RB provides. After my good fortune with this retailer, I was a bit flummoxed by the negative comments here. So sorry for those people who weren't happy with their purchases, truly. Oh well, for me, all worked great.
I ordered prescription sunglasses, they sent them to me with different colored lenses than what I had ordered. I had to argue with customer service to get a return label.
I finally got the glasses back almost two months later from the date of order, they put the correct colored lenses on BUT THE WRONG PERSCREPTION. I can't even focus out of them.
SO, again I have been arguing with customer service for a week -
They told me to go to my eye doctor and have them fixed - yeah so i can spend more money?
They told me they would send me $30 back if i sent them he lenses and keep the WIRED SUNGLASS FRAMES when i spent $116 on these.
How does that make ANY sense. This company LITERALLY steals from their customers!
ezcontactsusa.com had the best price for what I needed and shipped promptly. I've ordered a couple of times and had no problems.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
