Horrible Experience

The product was back ordered and I did not receive it for 1 month despite their 5 day promise. No one could expedite or change the order for me.

More Communication Needed

My overall experience was that at all, but the communication was definitely lacking. Instead of EZContacts notifying me of measurements I had to contact them to see what was the hold only to find out that they needed my PD. As I'm still waiting no email, no calls... I call again only to find out that there was a back order on my lens. Simply no communication results in bad customer service to me. And when I called checking the status, the agent tells me that there is back order on you frames, and they should be in by the end of the week. And since it's been a while we are going to ship your glasses through priority mail so you can get the quicker... umm that's not doing me any favors since priority mail is 3-5 days and it was my original shipping option from the beginning.

Horrible shipping time.

I clicked 5-7 day shipping but it took more than double that for my order to get here. I emailed them about that issue and no one ever responded even though i was "guaranteed a response in 24 hours or less"!?

Ordered some frames with prescription lenses, still haven't received them and it's been over a month. Customer service said they would upgrade shipping when the order was ready (frames had to be shipped from Italy because they were out of stock), glasses were shipped last week with the worst class of shipping possible. Should be here in another 5 days... terrible company. Don't fall for the good deals.

Don't use this company

Poor customer service. I never received emails promised me. I called numerous times as the order status didn't change. When I did receive my contacts the invoice was incorrect and so I can not send it for reimbursement. I called and was promised it would be corrected and emailed to.me. So far I still have not received an email and my invoice online has not changed (1 week). I will not use your company again.

Sami's Glasses

First order of glasses made it as far as the post office. After a few back and forth emails with customer service, a new pair was ordered to replace the first one. I asked for rush processing and shipping. Neither happened. I also requested that the glasses not be sent to the PO but to use the original shipping company, that did not happen either. The glasses did finally arrive and they are the correct ones with the right prescription.

Impressed with service and quality

Got a nice pair of burberry prescription glasses for a very decent price considering the frames and lens quality and the crizal coating. Team answered my questions efficiently and turnaround was considerably fast. Happy with company will use again

FAKE Persol

I wish I would have read these reviews before placing my order with EZContacts. I ordered a pair of Persol sunglasses for over $123. When they arrived they were fake remakes of otherwise really nice sunglasses. I tried them on at Sunglass Hut, loved them but the price was really high. Took a chance that this site had them for $50 less and made a BIG MISTAKE! Took the pair I got and compared them to the real ones at the store, these are garbage.

Excellent customer service and delivery

The item I ordered was on backorder. I was given that information immediately and asked if I wanted to wait, cancel, or change my choice of styles. I was told the item would be available the week of the 23rd of November. I received it within a week of that and it arrived in excellent condition. Thank you EZContacts. I will order from you again.
