Glasses need some adjustment but overall price and quality is awesome. Haven't been able to wear the glasses yet because I have to go to my eye doctor to get them adjusted.
I've spent countless hours on hold waiting for someone to even answer the phone at customer service line. Multiple emails went unanswered. I've gone a month without a glasses and still have no idea when my glasses will actually ship. The total wait time originally quoted to me when I ordered was less than two weeks. Don't order from this company unless you don't mind a long long wait. I will be cancelling my order.
My order was delayed and I was not contacted by the company. I emailed multiple times and was assured the order would finish up at the lab soon. I called multiple times, and received differing answers to explain why my order was still delayed. I did receive expedited shipping but the rep implied I should be grateful for that. When the glasses did finally arrive, they were well made and to specs. We're pleased with the product but not with the process.
I ordered these glasses, and waited a VERY long time until they were sent. Eight weeks? I was not told that the frames were back-ordered. I was sent an email maybe 3 or 4 weeks after ordering to say there was a delay.
Bought the glasses. Took weeks to complete and ship. Then I purchased transitional lenses. The transition is so very slight I barley notice along with everyone else.
Comfor table beautiful glasses made perfectly for my eyes. Who could ask for more? Why use 100 characters when 50 or less will do?
We bought these for my 13-year-old, who plays baseball, and we are very pleased with them. My son loves the blue color, and the prescription seems accurate. They fit his face perfectly. Only complaint was that they took longer than expected to arrive, but perhaps because sports glasses are a little more complicated than regular glasses. But we're very happy now that they're here!
I paid for expedited shipping and received someone else's glasses. After that, it was one mistake after another. I ended up shipping the glasses to the other person (and her to me) at my own expense. I uploaded the receipt to be reimbursed and also asked for a refund on shipping and to get an email confirmation to that effect but heard nothing. Will never shop here again.
I was sent the completely wrong glasses and it took a very long time to ship out and they arrived 3 days after the delivery date. (I emailed to ask when they expected to ship, and all of a sudden they shipped the next day. I got an email saying I may or may not get the correct ones and that I should call and let you know once I get them). They were the wrong ones so I called. I was sent a return label and told my correct pair would ship out as soon as the tracking info was updated. 5 days later I still had not heard anything. I called again and she said she would make sure they shipped out that day. That was on Monday and it is now Wednesday and again I have not heard anything. Extremely dissatisfied.
When I first ordered my prescription I was very nervous. This was my first time ordering online something so important. I lost my first pair of Tory Burch frames and wanted the exact same ones for a discounted price. I assumed I would have to make either major or minor adjustments when I received my first online prescription lenses order. To my surprise they were perfect! I have nothing bad to say about them, I actually received a nice maintenance kit to go with it too. I'm still amazed and have been wearing my glasses proudly ever since!
I had a rather hard time tracking what happened to a pair of glasses I ordered and it took weeks and weeks to get them. The prices are good and the glasses are fine, but they need to up their customer service game.

I do love the frames. Needs to more communication with the company concerning delays in shipment and recieving your glasses during the 3-5 days as the website states.
I liked how I could chat online to check status of my order. However, I wished I had been told my frames were out of stock because I waited three weeks for them. Had I known that, I could have chose another frame. Overall, I would buy from them again - very affordable compared to what my doctor wanted to charge me.
I placed an order with EZContacts under the false pretense that the items would be shipped in 5-7 business days. Long story short, I did not receive my order until 1 month and a week AFTER it was placed. I reached out to customer support after they failed to ever communicate (an updated) delivery status and I was then told that they were experiencing delays due to an influx of orders and simply being understaffed, which, in my opinion, is not the customer's problem. 1) They falsely advertise delivery time frames on their website (when you place an order) 2) They fail to ever communicate updates with customers and when you reach out to them, they provide excuses with no apology.
I have to say I'm so impressed! I had asked a question in regards to how long their turn around time was-- as far as processing an order because it has been about a week and this was my first time ordering from them. They answered my question quickly and next thing I knew the package was in my mail box. Pretty quick and the glasses-- lenses and frames are excellent quality!
The glasses were great, the only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I think the advertisement is a little misleading. They say 5-7 days for shipping from the order date but it's really 2-3 weeks. I think it should state that glasses will be ready in weeks not within a week.
I found these guys by searching the web. I had a terrible experience with LensCrafters and vowed never to order there or step in that store after my recent eye exam. I give EZ contacts a 4 instead of a 5 because they could have been a bit more proactive with follow up. It took me over 14 days to get my glasses. I had to call 2 times to follow up myself. To find out that the order was just sent to production for the lens. If an email was sent alerting me of each process would have been a bit better. But every business has room for improvement. And hopefully this review helps the company work towards making small but beneficial improvements. However, my glasses look fantastic! My lenses are crisp and clear and no imperfections. I really love the quality of work from these guys and will with no doubt recommend them and order again!
Also, their customer service reps are all great! Very polite and eager to assist! Customer friendly and focused makes them top notch!
I received the wrong glasses and had to pay shipping to send them back. I haven't heard from the company on when my correct glasses will be shipped or if I will be reimbursed shipping cost due to their error. So far I'm disappointed maybe after receiving the correct pair my review will change.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
