I ordered a pair of Kate Spade (Nea) in Cherry Red around March 6,2017. I finally received a pair of glasses around March 21,2017. Unfortunately for me they were the wrong glasses. I spoke with someone from EZContacts and she was kind enough to email me a return form. I forwarded everything on March 21,2017, which was the same day I received the incorrect glasses. This problem was due to a mistake on your end and here it is April 3rd and I have not only not received my glasses but I have not heard anything from you except for this Review of my shopping experience with EZContacts. I am perplexed as this is your business and any glasses that I have purchased in the past have been received sometimes within an hour of purchase. I have looked so forward to this particular frame and my question is why haven't I received them or why hasn't anyone contacted me as to what's happening with my order. It seems to me that if I ran a company who had made a mistake in an order that they would go out of their way to expedite the original order as soon as possible. I would appreciate some input as to what's happening on my order.
The ordering process was quick and easy. The customer service was awesome, every time I emailed a question, I received a response back quickly. I received my eyeglasses two days ago, and I would like to say that I was very impressed with the packaging of my eyeglasses and how fast the shipment was. I would definitely be ordering from the company again! Thank You!
Overnighted my shipment for free because of a website technical difficulty for me to place an order. I called and the guy gave me the lowest price (a third of Sunglass Hut's) and free overnight FedEx. SUPER PLEASED!
It took 3wks for my product to arrive. I called customer service only to be lied to. I asked why haven't I received a tracking number for my order and I was that my glasses was in the lab as we speak and they would be finished in the next 30 minutes and shipped out the next day. That didn't happen... it was the following when I received a tracking number. So, it took 3wks for item to arrived.
I paid for 2nd day shipping, 2 weeks later and I still don't have the product. If they don't have it in stock, they don't let you know it will be longer until after you order.
I purchase all my eyeglasses from EZContacts, however the last pair (Burberry), the temples were loose and wobbly. Not the best purchase.
This is so bad, that I have to now dispute my charges, and order my glasses elsewhere. I ordered, called, emailed, tried to live chat. Nothing. The only thing I got was an email thanking me for my order and confirming that I had already paid... Oh and some spam telling me how wonderful they were. I will work with a company when there is a problem. All I needed was some communication. This is malfeasance. This is not a good company. I now wonder if they they don't make their own knockoff forgeries.
March 3rd I placed an order for contacts. By 14 March they had not shown up yet I called customer service and was told they didn't understand why they had not shown up but they called the manufacturer and they were handling and it was being shipped out right away. However by the 28th I still have not received my order so I called customer service again I would like to complement Leo the customer service gentleman that helped me this time he was in credibly helpful follow-through took ownership of the situation as it turned out they never shipped the first or the second time because they were on back order no one informed me of this. Leo has follow through and found my script in Florida and had them shipped waiting again

I ordered 2 eyeglasses and paid for the fastest shipping about a month ago. I just received 1 and am still waiting for the other.
I received my glasses in no time best customer service! I would buy there for my wife as well. Price is something i look close before i shop and they were the best priced.
I was nervous ordering contacts online for the first time. EZContacts was the cheapest site (by far) so I went ahead with my order. Dispite all the negtive comments, I had a very easy, quick experience. I ordere my contact on 3/12 at night and recieved them in the mail today 3/17. They were shipped 1 day priority even though I choose standard shipping. Ordering the contacts was very easy. Uploading my prescription was also very easy. Will order from here again.
I really liked the outcome of the prescription glasses that I received from EZContacts.com. The glasses work perfectly, they fit perfectly, and they came with all the extra goodies. I recommended them to a friend and I will be buying more soon. The only thing that I did not like was that it took a while to receive (about 2 weeks) and I did not like the idea of waiting that long.
I told everyone I know how wonderful EZContscts were to order.

This is the harshest headache caused by an on-going, unprofessional customer service experience that I've endured. If I could take back the past few months that I've dedicated to--at the very least--getting the frame and prescription properly fulfilled, this place of service would have been avoided. I'll never consider using EZContacts ever again. No thank you for your unfulfilled promises as well.
Love my prescription glasses and there service my glasses got here within 2 weeks which is awesome and not to mention their prices are really reasonable thank you EZ contacts!
The order was placed on Jan 30th which your site said ships same day than hours later I get an email it's on backorder. Then I finally get the glasses and they are terrible. The lens sticks out of the frame even though your site recommended the poly carbonate lens. Then I contact customer service and they take forever to answer and are telling me I have to pay a restocking fee on lenses that look terrible! Horrible experience.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.

Based on your prescription, we would recommend that you select the hi index lenses instead of the polycarbonate. Apparently, we did waive the restocking fee and a full refund will be issued to your account.
