Recently purchased my second pair of glasses and save 2/3s over eyeglass store. I choose my glasses locally and then order from EZContacts. High qualify frames... love them both!
I waited over 2 weeks for my glasses to come in when i was told 3-5 days. Couldn't get in contact with customer support. Finally get my glasses and the lenses are not cut properly. There aren't smooth edges. Overall sloppy job, disappointing after waiting.
Order took too long to arrived and when order was delivered it wasn't correct. Wanted a refund but was going to get charged a sunglasses restocking fee for sunglasses I didn't get. So I just decided to exchange them rather than pay a restocking fee for something I didn't get.
This was my first time buying from ez contacts I used live chat and received excellent service. Received my glasses and I love them they were perfect. Overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend buying from them.
Basically, you get what you pay for. I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses for a vacation that was suppose to arrive in 2 weeks. A week after I ordered the glasses they told me the glasses would take another 2 weeks to be delivered. I called and let them know that wasn't going to be okay since I needed them for vacation. They told me to go to the webiste and search for a pair that was in stock. After looking for about an hour a found another pair I liked that was in stock. I called and placed another order and let them know I needed the glasses delivered before my vacation in a week and half. They promised, confirmed and guaranteed my glasses would arrive before I left for my vacation. They did not. They say they arrived while I was gone but I have not seen them and I am having a lot of trouble tracking the glasses. Overall, I had a terrible experience. Next time I will pay a little more just to have better service.

Didn't give 5 stars because the shipping was slow and didn't ship when it originally told me. Customer service was a little slow, when I called to check in them. The price and quality was great!

The frames that i ordered are in backorder... the company Never notify me until I called Them... they still in backorder i keep calling them...
In the midtime i ordered another pair of frames and my prescription were not correct...

I found some sunglasses I had been wanting on EZ Contacts website at a lower price and I needed them for an upcoming weekend trip. I ordered them on a Tuesday for rush delivery. After I placed my order I skimmed through the reviews - nearly all of them were negative. I panicked. I thought surely I was never going to get my sunglasses on time. I contacted customer service the next day and they answered the phone right away and couldn't have been more accommodating. They let me know my glasses would arrive by Friday. Well, my glasses arrived Thursday, a day early! They were authentic and perfect. I had an outstanding experience with EZ Contacts. The customer service was great and my order was expedited a day early! I would highly recommend using them for any of your contact, eyeglass or sunglass needs.
The site was easy to use and get the things I needed for my glasses. It was my first time using a website to order glasses and I am certainly glad that I did. I will use it again in the future and will tell my friends about it as well!
We ordered a pair of expensive eye glasses, when they arrived the lens' were loose out of the box. I took them to a local eye doctor and they stated that they had to be fixed by the manufacture as they needed to be taken out. [Lens']. There was a back and forth with the company - no apologies There was also a long delay in getting the glasses back and then they made me pay for the shipping. Ultimately after my complaint - they refunded me the almost $15 in shipping - again - no apology and very unprofessional email communication. This company's customer service and quality standards are a joke!

The glasses are great. Price was great, at least half the price locally. I was hoping they'd ship faster, but it was worth the wait.
I made my order on Dec 14,2016 and after a month with no shipment email I call EzContacts. The representative notified me that the glasses were on back order. I would have been ok with that if I was notified when I placed my order or at least a couple day after I placed it but I didn't get any notification until I called. I recieved my order Feb 9,2017. I am happy about the quality and pricing but very unhappy about being left in the dark about the shipment. Will I order again? I might but it's unlikely.
I ordered 2 glasses, one with out prescription which came in 3 days and rhe one with came less than a week. Both glasses came in designer cases. Love my glasses

Recieved glasses with no prescription. Even though I verified by phone and by email confirming they recieved my prescription. I have emails to confirm everything... I was furious. I'm on a vacation so now I have to wait to get home and fix these.
I waited forever for my order... got them they were wrong... sent then back... wrong again... sent them back for refund... WAITED weeks for refund... getting different answer's everytime I e-mailed or called ( girl on phone chopping on her lunch in my ear just telling me anything)... So therefore I will go back to using eyebuydirect for future glasse's... The only person that did seem to try and help me was named Kathy cheer to her but otherwise TERRIBLE experience with your company
I ordered a pair of Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses. I was told that they would ship within 5 days. I FINALLY received the order after 5 weeks. Several interactions with customer service showed very little concern for the delay. I will gladly pay 20% more locally, as the quality would have been better also.
I usually buy my contacts on another website but a friend of mine told me a out this place. From start to finish, it has been amazing. I've been dealing with Kathy, which in all honesty, the company is lucky to have her. Shipping was quick. Kathy gave me a up to date status almost everyday until my contacts were here. One of the contacts didn't have solution in it so it was bad. I let kathy know and 4 days later I get a box. I open the boy and inside was 4 packs of 6 contacts. 2 packs for right eye and 2 packs for left. I received a total of 24 contacts for the 1 that was bad. Again I received 123.00 worth of contacts for nothing. This company and Kathy went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm very big into online reviews and I gave this company the highest rating you can give. Kathy, if you're reading this, you're truly amazing. I am a customer for life. I also got 5 family membera to order contacts through this site..
First time ordering through EZ contacts since they had the lowest price for contacts. My order was processed on the same day as stated per an email, but the order info link just takes you to their web-page with no order information. What I found when I called customer service is they don't state is that they order the contacts through the manufacturer. There was a delay at the manufacturer which was not relayed to me, so much for the 5-7 day shipping, of course, I can always pay more to get it shipped to me faster. No thank you. I will go back to the place I've ordered in the past and pay more with a great shipping time, usually 4 days after purchase, no extra shipping charge. I will more than likely open a PayPal dispute since I still don't have them.
I'm happy with the quality of product but the time they take to respond to your email is way too long. By the time they responded I had already received a confirmation on my glasses being shipped. They should really keep an update for the customer to see when they will be shipping the item. Overall, I am happy about my purchase and how I saved more than I would have at an eyeglass store. They just need to be better about getting back to the customer through emails.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
