I've purchased 3 pairs of glasses from this company, two different times. The first time, a there was a loose lens upon arrival. I got out my glass repair kit to tighten it up only to find that the screw was stripped, and it was as tight as it could be. So, they knew the lens was loose, tried to tighten it, realized the lens was too small, and went ahead and sent it with a stripped screw and a too small lens. With the second order I had 1 tom ford and 2 persol. One of the persol, titanium - super cool glasses... again, problems with the screws. I've had the glasses a few weeks, and the lens screws have fallen out on both sides. Last week, one of my lenses fell out in front of a customer. Shipping, same day or next day is not real. Plan on 6 weeks, to be safe. So, while I appreciate the discount pricing, there have been some problems.
I first took their self online eye exam years ago, half expecting it not to work. It resulted in an accurate prescription + ordering contacts has been so easy and fast. I rarely go to the optometrist anymore which saves me time and $$$. This review sounds so cliche was it's real!
This is my worst experience with Ez contacts. I've ordered 4 other times and have never had an issue like this.
I purchased in April, they sent a scratched up frame with lenses that did not fit and it made loud rattling noise, so I sent back for replacement and still have not received the frames.
I've been 3 months now without prescription frames. Hoping they get it right whenever I do receive them because this has been awful & I just want my product or a refund at this point.

It appeared that glasses were in stock, paid for them and waited 2 months to receive them with no updates from seller. I had to call inquiring about purchase. Saved alot on glasses and love them but be prepared to wait.

The Accuvue Oasis contact lens I received were not of the quality expected. Flimsy, hard to get in and not lasting very long, which is not my normal experience with them. Makes me think they were on your self for a long time

I ordered sunglasses and everything turned out great from the frames in tact and the prescription exact. Overall great experience. I will definitely order more glasses in the future.
I ordered two boxes of contacts received one which was correct and a few days later the second box came. I expected that box to be the same RX but when I opened it and put the contact in I couldn't see anything out of it! I checked the box and to my surprise it was not my prescription. I contacted the company and was told they were on holiday and closed for the week. I send email explaining what happened and called again when they opened back up. I was then told that it was my error and I sent the incorrect RX and that they don't keep the original RX and they can't do anything about it. I was very surprised and asked how it could possibly be my error since the first box they sent was correct and the second box was a completely different and incorrect Rx. It took numerous calls and being passed to one person and another to finally get their error resolved and they sent a box of sample contact's to me to replace the original order. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. My suggestion to anyone ordering from them is to order one box at a time because apparently they can't handle an order for two and will blame you for their error.

I ordered Meta Ai glasses they took 2 months to arrive. When they did arrive they were not the correct prescription and not even what I ordered when I ordered the same pair using Lens Crafters I got those in 1 week and it came with an authentication card so I'm guessing since the ones from EZ contacts were fakes.
Price match policy was intentionally misleading. They acknowledged it as such and apparently referred to management but did nothing to make whole those that they misled.

When I went outside, my glasses barely darkened. I had transitions lenses before & they turned much darker.

You all never refunded me. I reached out multiple times and the item stated it had been returned to your warehouse. I then had to go through my credit card company.

There was a shipping issue (through no fault of EZContacts), but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I was assisted by someone who promptly addressed all of my concerns and kept me informed every step of the way. They provided regular updates on the replacement shipment and made sure I was always aware of the progress. Great service!
Asked them to update my order, they confirmed the change and then still sent the wrong prescription. They then took forever to respond and send a replacement so I did not have contacts for my trip (3 weeks after initial order) then I was charged twice and then for the return shipping from their error. Took many times back and forth with customer service and ended up needing to file a credit card dispute. Customer service reps do not pay attention and do not respond effectively to issues. Avoid.

I had a great experience with EZContacts! My order shipped immediately after I placed it and arrived much quicker than expected. Everything was packaged securely, and the contacts themselves (Acuvue Oasis) are high quality and super comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a contact lens case included. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
