The glasses were not right the first time, the lenses were clearly sticking out as if they were going to pop out. Had to send classes back, which took another 2 or 3 weeks to resolve. Should have done it correctly the first time. Once received the glasses, they were fine.
Lens size does not match legitimate ray ban model as I was only interested in replacing damaged frames.
In past 6 months, I purchased 2 pairs of RayBan sunglasses. Items were shipped quickly and well packaged at terrific discount. Shipping info was kept updated to track arrival. Very satisfied customer.

I upgraded to premium polycarbonate Rx lenses when I ordered because there was no choice available in the pull-down menu for coatings…I did get UV and anti-glare but I found out later no scratch resistant coating. I called next business day and was told I could not change my order to add scratch resistant coating. So I payed a premium for less than what is standard coatings pretty much every where else in the world.

Most standard custom plastic lenses, like the ones you ordered, do not come with a scratch-resistant coating. The two options we have that do come with scratch-resistance are the Super Thin 1.67 Hi Index and the Ultra Thin 1.74 Hi Index lens materials.

Ordered scrip bit numbers were transferred from + to - and I didn't realize it until boxes were opened. The numbers were correct but the symbols got reversed. It was not how I ordered them.

I ordered two boxes (6 lenses each) for my wife of the Acuvue Oasys. She had issues with the lenses from day one. Some of the lenses were actually defective. They were torn and unusable. The ones she could use, well, lasted only about a day. Ended up contacting Johnson and Johnson who determined the entire batch was defective and sent us two lab fresh replacement boxes with no argument. Won't buy from EZ Contacts again.
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses for my vacation two weeks prior. Expectation based online and in speaking with a representative was a few days to a week… plenty of time.
Reality is I received one pair and the other showed up when we were abroad. Upon returning the second pair of Ray Bans had a very agressive slant to them and therefore I won't wear them. Attempted a return but it was too late according to policy but I just want an exchange and I am fully amenable to pay the difference and shipping.
Do the right thing so I don't have to take to social media as I am a blogger and share a poor experience.

There is always something to improve upon. I love EZContacts. However, you should honor your coupon codes, especially if nothing has changed. Also, you should take our Insurance plans upfront. But, overall, I love EZContacts, even though I paid a higher price than MFG retail suggested. Take care of your customers; they will return year after year!
I was twice notified that my prescription was not accepted through the online ordering system. A few weeks later, after I purchased lenses through another site, I received your lenses and was billed for them. Of course I no longer needed them. I am requesting a refund.

I was placed on forever hold every time I called.
I called 1-800 Contacts 2 times, and both times my call was answered immediately, my questions answered, and I placed my order with them
I did not have a good experience. I bought two pair of glasses and my Fendi glasses was sent in a box that was ripped at one of the ends, and the box was dirty and the eyeglass case when you opened it up, the glasses did not fit in that they gave me The eyeglass case that did not fit in on the inside of it. It was dirty so I hope something can be done in the future about what they send products out in.

Unclear that after trying on contacts for a week that I could not return the balance of 90 day supply for a refund or at least partial refund. At a minimum return the contacts to me or give me a large discount on another prescription.

Most recently I bought two packs of contacts as they were a better price than my usuals. They didn't fit my eyes right and I returned them both. One box was opened but I couldn't use them. The company would only refund one box after I paid to ship them back and I had to ask to for them to send the other box back since they weren't refunding. Just didn't leave a good impression and I will take my business to an alternative company.
The lenses were delivered very quickly after ordering them. I did have one that was scratched and had to throw it away. The rest so far have been fine.
Package came on time. Right lens looks scuffed/ scratched from transit. Kind of upset about it after paying 150$+ for the sunglasses.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
