The ordering was easy, and the glasses are nice, price was amazing, but was told they would be here way sooner than we received them. A bit disappointed about that but other than that everything was good.
Prices were competitive and delivery was reasonably fast. Never head of EZContacts before, but would use them again.

Order prescription glasses with the lenses and it was supposed to be an Asian style fit due to my wife's head being smaller. We received the incorrect style and it is too large for her head now I have to return them and probably wait another three weeks. I should have just gone into a local eyeglass store.

Order took forever to ship, product was not in the warehouse and was not communicated to me to at least give me the option to cancel. I had to call and hear this information after not receiving any communication and was very dissatisfied overall.

For some reason the price was much higher but then dropped to lowest online, so I gave them a try. Delivery was quick. No problems.
The delivery was Fast. Item was correct. Prices were fair. Delivery is a disappointment but not buried in the cost of the product.
First thing I noticed when I took them out of the package they did not look the same as they were pictured. I immediately started the return process sent them back the next day and it's been almost 2 weeks and I have still not received my money back. Called to verify that they had the glasses back they had them back. They said it would take 7 to 10 days to return my money. Still nothing

I don't even write reviews and I never try to badmouth anyone's business because that's how they feed their kids however, I put an order in with this establishment. They charge me for three orders and in the actual order I received they were out of stock of the item that I selected so they just use their imagination to fill it with another order. Then when I didn't like what their selection was, I had to return the order in which they charged me for the shipping label. Absolutely terrible business model I will never use these people again.

Took almost 4 full weeks even though we paid for 3-5 day shipping. Not the right prescription, had to pay another place to put my actual prescription in the glasses.

My accurate order was delivered quicker than I expected it to be.
I ordered a pair of glasses July 27, get an email saying they're delivered Aug 4 and "left with individual", only to follow the tracking and see they were delivered to New Jersey…I'm in Vancouver WA. Come on now. What's worse is it shows in the tracking they started in NJ, made it to Sumner WA on the 30, and were sent BACK to NJ for no reason. So when I reach out, they try to tell me I messed up my own address (didn't btw) and I have to wait to get it shipped back to the facility and re-sent out. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone and now it's weeks late. Super frustrating

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
