Wonderful for 2nd choice frames

I originally ordered RB 5387 transparent frames and a few weeks later I was informed they no longer carried them. So my 2nd choice was the RB5387 green which I promptly received. Thank you.

Your site glitched on me, never finish my order and never given a confirmation so I ordered from local shop. Then received in the mail. So I ended up paying for a double order.

EZContacts attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I wanted to return my product but the return link from my original email led to web page error. By the time I had figured out how to start the return from website itself, my return window had expired by 1 day. That same day I submitted a message to customer support since there is no way to directly call them. I explained my circumstances asking for assistance in returning the glasses. I never heard back. I will not do business with them again as a result of this despite doing several orders in the past.

Customer Service Letdown

Accidentally ordered incorrect Contact Lenses that didn't match my prescription, and your CS team caught the mistake and told via email that the order would be held until I responded. I responded in turn, thankfully, and assumed the issue was resolved.

The incorrect lenses were still shipped, and the order was never held. This should never have happened as they did not match a valid prescription. I paid for the return label to ship them back and never heard back whatsoever from the person/team that originally contacted me.

Compre varias gafas, una no llegó y aparece como enviada, dos no tenían en stock sin embargo me cobraron y luego tuve que esperar la devolución, otras supuestamente eran Balenciaga y cuando llegaron aparecen sin certificado de calidad con un estuche lleno de polvo y a mi parecer no son originales una mala imitación,... etc etc no sigo escribiendo porque no me interesa nunca volveré a comprar alli.

Ordered contacts for members of my family at the same time at two different places. Received 1-800-Contacts right away (3days) with good communication. Not so with EZContacts. I had to contact them by phone. No response with email. Finally arrived. Also charged shipping during free shipping promo.
