The final product sent was fine, but customer service could have played out in a THREE STOOGES movie. After carefully reading the website's instructions, i paid my $350 via paypal. And waited. And waited. E-mailed them after two weeks, asking for the status; and within the same day, i get a form letter response asking for more info on my glasses' measurements (so, of course, i assume they haven't even processed them yet). I scramble around trying to get the info they want from my eye doc (which is embarrassing in itself because i'm not using THEIR services) & as i'm about to send them the info (same day), i get ANOTHER form letter saying my glasses have been sent! Of course, when they arrive, they're completely wrong, so i call to tell them i'm returning them. I talk to "micah" with customer service who sighed repeatedly throughout the phone call (he seemed very put out to have to take the call). But he did take my order for a new pair & at the end of the convo, told me he was ADDING another $350 to the total, that would then be refunded as soon as they received the first pair. Another two weeks go by, and the second pair arrives - and they're great! Wearing them right now. As i said, it's the "processing" that's horrible. I've since e-mailed repeatedly, asking about the refund i've yet to see, & either i've received a form letter stating the second pair is being processed (understand that as i'm reading this e-mail, i've got the glasses they're PROCESSING on the end of my nose), or that said glasses have been shipped and should reach me in a week. Crazy. And i finally remember that i paid through paypal, and when i check there, it seems that they DIDN'T tack on the extra 350 (thank goodness). So, hallelujah, i'm free at last from this nutso organization! Go elsewhere, people - and look at the reviews for 2016. I'm not the only one who was unhappy.
