I ordered a replacement frame after I broke mine. It worked perfectly. It's a little tricky to re-install the lenses but it works!

The website is well designed and easy to use. I would purchase from them again and would recommend doing so to a friend.

My ordered did not ship promptly. I had to contact the customer service in order for them to get it in the mail.

It was painful making the order with pop up chat boxes interfering with the places I needed to click. Otherwise, ordering was easy.

First time ordering glasses on the internet. I was a bit insecure, but everything went on perfectly. I intend to repeat the experience.

The lenses were a bit smaller than I was expecting and the near vision location is a bit low. But they are OK.

If you don't have the same brand you should suggest other brands that are similar. Other than that is was a nice experience

Everything is spelled out. I also like the feature of uploading my picture so I can see what the glasses will look like.

The order process seemed to go pretty smoothly. Other than having to delete an order so that the prescription info could be modified.

I tried to sign-in as a guest and it didn't work. I ended up giving more personal information and registering. Something I don't like to do.

This was the only site that had what I was seeking, and I've tried a bunch!
And the pricing was super, much less than comparable items.

The prescription was off. I could not see distance.
