The virtual try on did not work, I did not get an official receipt that my insurance company could accept.
It was fabulous and half the price of the exact same thing as what I wanted from the optometrists office.
My glasses arrived as indicated. The correct frames arrived. It was easy to navigate the website. Overall a good experience.

Frames where not in stock so i had to wait an extra week or so. The site did not say, "not in stock".
The nose pads did not fit the frame and I have not been able to reach a live person to figure out why or get a different kind.

Commander en juin 2 deux paires de lunettes. J'écris une semaine plus tard canceller une paires. Pas de nouvelles. Je réécris qu'ils ont pris un paiements de la deuxième paires mes rien reçu. Appellent 3 fois oui juste patienter... 2mois plus tard sa s'en vient bientôt... 3 mois plus tard et Emails jamais répondue... appellent mes disent que c'est dans poste... aujourd'hui sa arrive: là lunettes que j'ai canceller mes pas payer! Là j'ai payer une lunettes plus Cher que j'ai pas! Pas de réponses! Le pire services que j'ai jamais vue!
I like the glasses I ordered, but they took a really long time to get delivered and I didn't even order lenses. The website said 2-3 days for just frames. It took longer than that. It took so long that I thought maybe my order didn't go though. I sent an email asking if they got my order - no response. Then I called and the rudest woman answered. She seemed irritated with me before I even spoke. I told her what day I put my order through and that I was checking to make sure it went through because I never got a confirmation email or an email with shipping details like it stated I should've. So she takes my information and then goes "so what, you want a refund or to return your order or something?" In the rudest voice a person could possibly use. So not only was she rude and not listening to what I was asking, but seemed completely incompetent to do any job for that matter. Once she realized I was just checking to see that my order went through, she was slightly nicer, but wtf I'm glad I didn't actually have a problem with my order. Even though I didn't actually have a problem with my order, my experience with customer service was so bad that I will probably never order from this company again. Because if I actually did have a problem, it seems like it would have been a completely upsetting experience to deal with. So thanks for the glasses, but no thanks on the customer service employees. Hire nicer people. They are the fronts to your company. If they are bad, it makes your whole company look bad. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong with these frames because I really don't want to talk to your customer service people ever again.
I returned the frames for a credit as they were not per the order. I am waiting to see if the credit is processed promptly and correctly.
