Was not told my order was cancelled due to supply issues. I even called every day, and no one knew what was happening. I am losing my health/vision care due to layoffs because of federal defunding. So, time matters. 3/4 family members were using this same plan and had good outcomes. I would give my personal experience 0/5; but the 3 good experiences this time and past experiences were good.
Good products and website, just be prepared to wait for the delivery. I would not suggest tis service to anyone who needs eyeglasses quickly.

Canceled my previous order because apparently the photo was blurry for the prescription. I pulled up the exact same photo and uploaded it again because it is not, in fact, blurry. If anything, you just need to zoom in if you can't read the smaller print. I was down to my last few pair of contacts when I ordered the last time and now I have to RE-ORDER and deal with an even longer period of time using the same pair of DAILY contacts over and over since I am out and you guys screwed me on my first order. I should, at the VERY LEAST, be refunded for the express delivery I'm paying to get these here on the SECOND order. Absolutely zero effort on the part of the representative that reviewed my prescription and completely screwed one of your customers. Unacceptable.
Even though my VSP discount isn't great, the process of ordering and applying my insurance is very easy. The glasses I received are perfect. I might wish there were more options between the $130 and $300 frames.

Buyer beware: I reported my order as lost and this company doesn't seem to care. They waited four days before even opening an investigation with UPS. My shipment is on the other side of the country and the tracking link hasn't been updated in 10 days. They told me I have to wait on UPS for another week before they'll send a replacement, which is unacceptable—it's been 3 weeks already since my order shipped. I've been a loyal customer for years, and because of this experience, I will never order from them again. They sell contacts, which I can buy literally anywhere. Without good customer service, this company has nothing to offer.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
