I ordered a pair of contacts that was different than my prescription on error, and I realized it about a week later when I contacted my eye doctor for a status. I was able to cancel the order with Eyeconic quickly and easily, and I was not yet billed. I was able to reorder without issues (and I had the right ones selected this time). Thank you! It was very easy.
Website needs updating. It would be great to save my order history and prescriptions to expedite future orders. If I'm ordering the exact same product with the exact same prescription, it should only take me a couples of clicks to complete the order.
I really enjoy the convenience of Eyeconic's virtual try-on. We have shopped online for many years and it is always more simple to do online than in person. We get to look at the glasses we like and "try them on" before we buy!
I am placing this order for my wife's contact lenses through eyeconic and there are very little promotion codes to use especially when I have to pay out of pocket. I order through Contacts Direct and always have higher discount codes each time I visit the site.
Very fast process and delivery! Got exactly what j ordered. Plenty of options. I do wish I could customize sizes, though I'm not sure if that is an eyeconic discrepancy or eyeglasses in general as this is my first time buying online. 10/10 would recommend and will use agsin

It take a couple of extra days to verify prescription so it adds to shiping time. That wouldn't be too bad but shipping seemed to lag. Even though you guys can't control that as much. Shipping seems to get caught up and got sent to wrong place then rerouted then took even longer then it should have For example my package arrived at shipping facility 30 min. Away from me on Friday. But I didn't get it until Monday because Saturday it was still processing. It would be so bad if it already didn't Other than that great website format and choices and pretty easy process. Good competitive prices.
Very impressed with the variety of frames available. I am very pleased with the ones I selected and with the very sturdy case they came in. I was a bit hesitant to get progressive lenses, but they worked out fine allowing me to see the dashboard clearly, if necessary, while driving.
There's a huge selection of glasses to choose from. I was not able to use some features as my laptop camera is broken, but I am pretty sure I made the right choice.
It's a great place to order glasses online. There's hundreds of frames to choose from, and the ordering process is simple and easy. I would continue to order glasses online this way for as long as I need prescription eyewear.
This is the 3rd year in a row I've had a seamless experience ordering contacts from Eyeconic. By uploading my prescription and applying my benefits, I can easily make a purchase without all of the confusion that used to come with rebates/cost. It takes less than 10 minutes and they show up to my door - easy!
I placed an order in January not using my full insurance balance. I tried to order today and was told the insurance had been used. I had to call and have the remaining put back on my account. I feel this is something a lot of people wouldnt do and therefor they loose the balance. The representaive I spoke with was nice and it was fixed BUT like I mentioned most people wouldnt have called!

It was so easy to connect my vision insurance and submit my Rx. I am thrilled with having benefits that are accessible and easy to actually use.
Maybe it was my Chromebook, but this "fitting booth" would occasionally knock out the camera. I rebooted several times to reset everything. I eventually used a Mini-IPad for the photo fit, then used the Chromebook to order.
It took me hours to order. Your website is messed up.
Virtual try on was hit and miss. Didn't find many frames I liked. The frames I received were not in the color I ordered. I'm not sure what was going on with the lenses but I was unable to focus with them on at all. Had to return the glasses.
Super easy once you you get insurance connected. Best prices around on great brands! Virtual try on makes even the pickiest teens have an easy time selecting glasses from the comfort of your couch.
Pupillary distance tool is a lifesaver (just do it 3 times and take the avg!).
Even the upgrades (anti-glare and sun reactive/bluelight) are cheaper than at the eye doctor. You also get them quicker!

I purchased my contacts this year and last year. I don't have a option for glasses. And these are medically necessary as I'm so near sited in the one eye. So, I have to purchase these. Even with insurance it's almost $1000 for the year!
Eyeconic's website was mostly easy to use and to order from. One part of the eye measurement system was fussy to use, but customer service was helpful. My new glasses arrive promptly and the order was filled correctly.
The PD tool is very fussy and difficult to use
Excellent interface, love the virtual try-on! So easy to order and upload the prescription vs. having to enter every number of your prescription. Eyeconic lenses are crystal clear, clean easily, and for some reason, stay cleaner than other lenses, like they do not attract dirt. I have had 3 pairs of Eyeconic glasses and loved every pair!
I really appreciate also having a generic version of my name brand lenses. Prices have gone up on everything so that was great savings that I very much needed. Thank you!
I always appreciated the ease, however last year the prices were extraordinarily high -- especially since I purchase a VSP policy. It almost makes me wonder what the benefit is.
