I ordered single vision instead of double vision and eyeconic refunded my money and I just purchased the correct lens. They took back my glasses without question which made it very easy. Great customer service
I uploaded a RX, said my glasses had been shipped, and then evidently my RX upload wasn't clear enough, so the only communication I got was that my order was cancelled. I could have reuploaded a better document had I known it was an issue, it just has delayed me getting glasses.

I would like a button to reorder the same prescription over rather than trying to remember the numbers and type them in and then manually match to a prescription.
I don't like that I can't reorder automatically by person. There are 5 people in my family and having to view every order on the previously ordered screen is a pain. Also, we do I need to associate a prescription everytime. Once you have the prescription can it not be associated with the person? So that when I am ordering for that person, you already have the correct prescription. The whole experience is just a bit awkward. If my vision insurance works elsewhere and another place has them in stock, I usually order elsewhere.
I wish there was an option to reorder each time without having to manually select the contacts everytime. The reorder only appears for my sometimes. Also, it seems that the contacts often are on back order so I have to order from another source. I would also like to see when the benefits were used. My daughter comes up as having used her glasses benefit but she hasn't had new glasses in a while. Would like to see when that was used.
I ordered contacts for the 5th year in a row, and truly am happy with my experience, from uploading prescription to choosing the product and setting up payment, all is excellent.
Shopping on Eyeconic made selecting glasses very easy. I enjoyed the experience as much, if not more, than in the doctors office. I felt less stressed about making a decision and more empowered to get what I want.
Did a good job on sizing and giving me the ability to virtually view how glasses would look on my face. The only part that was challenging was having to get VSP approval to provide my eyeglass benefit. I had previously bought a pair of glasses from another provider and I returned them and VSP took over a month to open up the benefit for VSP. Unfortunately, Eyeconic doesn't allow the VSP benefit to be used by verbal or written authorization only so I had to wait for VSP to go through a manual process to restore my benefit and it took over month.
Had some issues with my VSP giving me my benefit when I returned a pair of glasses from another provider. Unfortunately, VSP took weeks to reverse it out and show that I still had a benefit for 2025. Apparently, Eyeconic wouldn't take an authorization and the benefit had to be available manually available on your website and that took several weeks. The problem apparently lies with both Eyeconic and VSP's and I went weeks waiting on it to be resolved which was risky to be driving without glasses that could help me see.
The website is fine, but the cost of contacts through here is so much more than other online companies. I only use Eyeconic because of my insurance benefits.
Eyeware usually takes a while to recieve but it got here quick and was really to order if you know how to order online. Less hassle than the eye doctor.
I have used Eyeconic for many pairs of glasses. I have a very high prescription and they can do what a lot of other companies cannot in terms of making lenses.
Each time I have interacted with Eyeconic personnel, they have been wonderful to deal with. I've called to change a prescription, change an order, return an order, and get help deciding which features I actually needed on my computer glasses.
Issue not resolved my original eye glasses i loved were made with the wrong rx and I was not able to see nothing out of my glasses I had to send them back and now I'm not able to secure the lovely eye glasses I originally selected. These are just ok. Wanted to used my benefits before they expire. Not sure if I'll be a repeat customer. The customer service reps where both awesome! Kudos
1) My previous order email did not include a link to reorder - you should add that.
2) I entered the incorrect power on my prescription and then corrected it but with each attempted edit, another order was added to the shopping cart without a clear to delete the unwanted items - super frustrating.
Every order with Eyeconic has gone smoothly. The only issue I have come across is that there is the occasional difficulty with a submitted Rx being received and used for an order, but this always is resolved eventually.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
