My last pair of glasses got held up for some reason, after you charged me... it took 3 phone calls and 5 weeks to receive my glasses. Please don't take so long again.

I could not get my order to go through on Google Chrome - no matter how many times I refreshed or gave it a day it said the server was busy.
I been using Eyeconic for 3 years and is way better to wait for an Optician with goals to make sales not focusing on your eye care needs! With Eyeconic you choose what you need with all their lenses options you have control, also gorgeous frames to choose from!
Website needs updating. It would be great to save my order history and prescriptions to expedite future orders. If I'm ordering the exact same product with the exact same prescription, it should only take me a couples of clicks to complete the order.

Pop-ups happen on all of the other online visions that I tried to order from, and the prices were much higher. This went smooth, and I am happy to have them saved as my provider!
I'd like more variety in frame shapes. Or, I'd like for sunglasses lenses to not change from pictured color (purple, red) to grey/brown for prescriptions. Site is very easy to navigate and filter.
Super convenient! Exam was only $25 for a BI-ANNUAL exam accredited by real Optometrist! I hate having to pay over $100 for a YEARLY exam. For the same prescription! It's expensive & feels like those visits are a scam & only implemented to keep those companies afloat!
The eyeglasses were spot on. Unfortunately they got damaged a few months later, and I couldn't navigate the site to get service. All I needed was the right lense replaced. However my prescription has changed and no point in repairing them.
It makes understanding and delaing with vision insurance painless and quick. You just have to enter ur insurance information and it'll automatically apply the discounts to your contacts/eyeglasses. This is my second time ordering and i will keep using eyeconic! They also have designer brands such as coach, rayban, bottega and a great discount!
The website is so easy to use and you are able to upload your prescription or send a request to your eye doctor electronically. I mistakingly chose the wrong contacts my first time which were not for astigmatism and Eyeconic caught it and informed me right away. They cancelled the order and I placed the correct one. The contacts came so fast! But I have to say the BEST is that you can pay for the contacts using Affirm! Every year when it comes time to get my yearly contacts I am always stressed coming up with the money. Now I have the convenience of an affordable way to pay for my contacts. I love it! It was very easy. I just logged in and my insurance was applied to the price of the products. I located the drop bar and choose "contacts". I chose the type I wanted (conveniently, there are filters you can use to narrow down your search) After clicking on the type I wanted the first step was to easily add a picture of my prescription. It was saved so I didn't need to add it the next time. Then payment method. Also saved so I didn't need to add it the second time. The hit the order button and done!
The glasses are nice but my prescription was too strong, I thought they were going to be transition but I was wrong
I enjoyed looking at glasses using the filters and trying on glasses virtually. Additionally, the discounts and promotions were greatly appreciated.
