Highly recommend Eyeconic! Save yourself some money and the high pressure sales in a doctor's office. The glasses offered online are the same you can get in an office with a much larger selection at a fraction of the cost. Also, love that you see up front pricing with your insurance applied. I have ordered in the past and just placed another order today.

I've found Eyeconic's web site and shipping service very efficient and convenient. But a couple of years ago I was very frustrated that it was not clearly communicated that the $200 yearly benefit for contacts instead of glasses was only for use at Eyeconic.com. If you try to use it at another vendor, you DO NOT get the full $200 benefit. You get significantly less at other vendors.

I knew I had rx benefits, it told me online that I used all my benefits which I knew I hadn't. When I called, they said I had to call them to get it handled. It all worked out and was fine but an extra step that wasn't necessary.

The progressive lenses were cut wrong so I've had to repeatedly buy nose pads to push the glasses further up my nose. Even this doesn't work all that great. I got terrible headaches before this. I wish I had returned them

We've used Eyeconic three times now and our only problem has been deciding from the huge selection of eyeglasses. I require Progressive lenses and high index and even with those enhancements, I paid a fraction of what my eye doctor charges. And they send them out for production also, so the lead time from Eyeconic is about the same.

Same as this. Easy to use my VSP insurance where I had a lot of questions and no answers at the physical location I was at. I really appreciate how easy this process is here.

Glasses fell apart twice, can only warranty once and my insurance only pays for lenses every other year so I am stuck with broken frames for a year and a half until my insurance is eligible for new frames.

Ordered nike glasses with progressive lens got single view instead of progressive when retured you wouldnt fix the prescription and forced me to cancel order and get something else. Date listed not correct but was early summer but u have record of it,

This is my third purchase through Eyeconic. My last two pairs of glasses have been great - I am assuming that this will be true this time as well. I've retired and signed up for an individual VSP plan which also appears to be a good choice.

If you look online for contacts you will see pricing cheaper than what you may pay through Eyeconic. However there will be a "processing fee" that will make the price way more expensive and you can't use your insurance benefits. Eyeconic has zero processing fee, free shipping, and accepts VSP insurance directly.

Received my glasses late and it was the incorrect frame. Had to return and wait even longer to obtain correct frame. Hopefully, this one comes in correctly and on time.
