Easy to use. Lenses are better quality then I've had elsewhere. Just would like to see a larger selection for color and options like nose pads and harder to find sizes, and specialty frames for high prescription lenses that are made to minimize thickness.
I had to enter my username and password in 3 different places to attempt an order. After working twice it did not accept the third time and I had to check out as guest.
With the exception of one previous prescription, due to design glasses are well made and they are very comfortable. Returning for another prescription was easy.
I provided my brand new prescription which met all requirements set forth but my order was still cancelled so my second time I'm requesting you get the prescription from the doctor

Instead I went to an optical store to try on several frames to get an idea of what I needed. On the Eyeconic website I looked for glasses that resembled the ones I preferred and placed the order. With my VSP benefits the glasses were no cost to me.

I had a good experience buying my glasses last time with eyeconic. This time however, the coloring of the glasses and pictures of them were so poor that I had to look up the style number just to see clearer pictures of them on other websites. I get a better deal through here because of my insurance so I knew I would be buying from this website. I just wished I didn't have to go look for better pictures elsewhere of what I was buying here.
I feel that the branded frames are little more expensive than earlier. Last time I got Coach and CK frames in almost same price.
I logged into my account to process a reorder for contacts. You have all my information saved, but I had to reenter shipped address and Rx details. You have it on file! Make this process easier or I'm going else where.
Eyeconic charges 40-50% more per box on my contacts than other suppliers but Eyeconic is somehow the only website that accepts VSP. Tell me how I was able to buy more contacts without insurance through TARGET than it would cost to buy all my contacts with insurance through Eyeconic? Crazy! Do your research before you buy!
I went to reorder contacts as a VSP member. I went to eyeconic first and that was difficult only to learn I must go through VSP only to find out I didn't get any added benefit to do this. It tagged on about an hour of my time to set up another account, update password etc. I think you could really improve the customer experience.
My last glasses and contact order was great and would have loved to have more options in frames compared to the last time I placed an order. It seems like a few brands were taken off,
I ordered my contacts last year without a hitch. This year, I had to call and get some assistance and Theresa was fantastic. So friendly and funny. She fixed everything for me and it was smooth sailing. Of course, I love my contacts and I paid less than I would have at Costco!
