I've been using Eyeconic for years because of the competitive pricing on contacts and being able to use my vision insurance for my purchases.
Order 2 pair previously that once received, I didn't like. Eyeconic made it super easy to return and shop for pair I preferred.
I tried to buy glasses for me and my husband. I did his first, four times, entered payment method (different in case that was the problem). No error message, no feedback, just returned to cart-did it go through? No one to anser call. Frustrating.
My glasses arrived when expected and the prescription is fine. Check out was horrible. I had to switch computers to get the iris measurement and when going back my information was not saved. Multiple attempts to get the app to read my measurement. I wrote down the numbers as presented and then found left and right are reversed in the check out. I have zero confidence I got it right.

Should keep old prescriptions on file and not have to re-upload. Otherwise easy> Should also be able to split payment to use HSA but if not full amount can be applied can give a second payment

The pricing of the glasses is so much more than any other retailer that the vision benefit doesn't even make sense. The glasses I just ordered are $130 at reputable online retailers and $239 here.
The website has all kinds of issues. I couldn't login to my account for over a day and then when i went to submit my order it kept saying error over and over again, until finally on the 10th try somehow it worked. I hopefully have not been charged 10 times
Pretty good selection of frames for all face shapes. I'm hoping the PD tool will be accurate. This is the first time I've purchased glass without tying them on as Eyeconic does.
I like that Eyeconic links with my VSP vision benefit from work. This makes it easy to see which frames fit my style aesthetically and also get a nice juicy discount at the same time. B-)

If you have VSP, they make it super easy! Great selection and automatic application of benefits. Have ordered many glasses over years and had great experience every time.
The selection for petite faces or small frames are scarce at best. The website kicks you off constantly even though you click the box to stay signed in. The display of frames are blurry and when you try on frames, you can't get a good feel at all for the color or fit. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had. However, I don't have a choice, my employer has a contract with them. I will be boycotting.
I placed an order, and when I called about it the first time, I wasn't corrected about the item that didn't match my script. Instead, I was told it would be sent the next day, and I never received it. My order was canceled.
On 10/1 they cancelled my order (submitted 9/22 with expected delivery of 10/9) because my benefit for the year had been used. They would not adjust the order to just use the member 20% discount. Rather, I had to resubmit the order. Now it is too late to use my FSA money for the order, and I won't get my glasses until 10/19.
