Love the virtual try on feature. Nice selection. Easy to use insurance. The doc did not give me my PD - eyeconic made it super easy to accurately determine mine. Fast shipping. Great quality glasses.
I have tried multiple times to order my contacts. I had issues each time. I called the 1-888 number for help. I was just told to restart my computer. I am not technologically inept, and I have had major issues. I worry about people older than me that try to call the number for help and get no help.
This was simple easy process, only issue is I found a frame I loved but it's not available through eyeconic.
Overall good but need to improve more on the user experience of the portal. Need more model and also need price match with other websites. Sometime frame are less expensive in actual brands website but not reflected it eyeconic.
There isn't a ton of options when choosing sung glasses. I have tried 3 pair of the and the only pair I actually like and would purchase again are no longer available. Selections don't seem to grow and brands are "eh"

We placed this order weeks ago and I uploaded the Rx during the order. I kept getting the email to upload my Rx, but there was nowhere on the website to add it after the order was placed.
When I sent an email to customer support about it, I received an email that the order had been canceled and I would receive a credit within 15 days.
This was an unacceptable delay that could have been avoided if you had given me the option to upload the Rx again directly from the email, explained the issue in the email with steps to send you the Rx again, or given. Me the time to work it out with customer support before canceling the order.
Ron lost his glasses and has been unable to complete much needed paperwork as efficiently and without headache due to the wait for new glasses to arrive. Now we will have to wait at least 3 more weeks to receive the new order.
