Shout out to Eyebuydirect! I purchased a pair of glasses at the end of October. I loved everything about them - style, quality, prescription, price. A few days ago, I tripped and face-planted on a stone step. In addition to breaking my nose, I broke my glasses. I contacted Eyebuydirect, explained what happened, and wanted to see if I might get a discount or something on a replacement pair. Instead of a discount, they are sending me a replacement pair FOR FREE (minus shipping). If that's not the best customer service, I don't know what is. Their kindness has made this awful situation a bit more bearable.

I've very much enjoyed the glasses I bought from eyebuydirect. It's easy to select the frames that will look good on me using the "try on" feature. It's easy to load my prescription, and there are some great options at a lower cost than many other places.

I have progressive and prism prescription which makes it hard, and expensive, to find quality glasses. I purchased my first pair from EyeBuyDirect and immediately saw their quality. Besides being super stylish, they were my exact prescription. Just be careful when sifting through frames because not all frames support all prescriptions types. I had my mind set on a few frames, only to find out my prescription didn't work in them. Tip: try searching by your prescription using the menu tab.

I explained that the site should state more clearly, when searching for prism, that not all frames can also support sunglasses along with prism and progressives. They were not very helpful. I had to figure out how to navigate the site myself. Luckily I work in tech, but considering how frustrated I was, I was shocked at the lack of support I got. I had spent probably 3 hours narrowing down my purchase only to find out it wouldn’t support my prescription.

I was worried for multiple reasons buying glasses online for the first time; cheap feeling frames, crooked fit, wrong prescription - but I have bought three pairs so far and have never looked back. I sound like a walking infomercial recommending EyeBuyDirect to anyone in my personal circle. I just could not be happier with this new way of buying glasses.

There are so many styles to choose from at Eye Buy Direct! I was able to buy during a fantastic sale and bought 2 pairs of glasses for less than I paid for just the lenses at my optometrist office! I received the glasses in about 1 1/2 weeks and the quality is just as good as the more expensive ones from my optometrist.
I did get the blue light blocking on one pair and I'm not too crazy about the pink tint that people can see in my glasses, but other than that I love both pairs!

I got the Notting hill frames because they were so popular on Instagram and looked good with a variety of face shapes and sizes, so I felt confident they would look good on me, even without being able to try them on first. I just judged my size by comparing various Instagram models. They look great, and I'm so happy! They're better quality and less expensive than Warby Parker.

I am currently going through the process of receiving disability at the time of typing this and as such I am very short on funds and on food stamps, so when I found out about Eyebuydirect from my local Medicaid approved eye Dr. I was pretty excited to say the least that I could save hundreds on glasses! At first I was honestly really skeptical about the whole thing but sure enough I did end up saving hundreds and will probably never buy from anywhere else again, thanks so much Eyebuydirect!

Just got my new sun glasses, I have been wearing glasses for about 15 years now. I have never purchased prescribed sunglasses since they were too expensive and I knew I would have lost them anyway. My prescription number is pretty high (average of -6 on each eye) so I expected the glasses to either be uncomfortable or super thick. They are neither of those things and with shipping and everything I paid about $88!

Awesome! Although I'll have to wait until I'm back from college in just over a week to lay eyes on my new glasses, the overwhelmingly positive reviews have me brimming with anticipation. The 'low nose bridge' selection particularly caught my attention, being someone with minimal nose cartilage; I'm accustomed to the constant struggle of glasses slipping down. Was harder than I expected but EBD had everything covered. Good explanations and online help. Will be easier next time. The glasses I got were very inexpensive and for some reason EBD gave me a second gratis. So thank You. The bifocal glasses look nice and work well. They are snug but may be a bit too snug. I'll keep them but will need to see what I did to make them took snug

Well some how I must have given them my old address which about 100 miles from where I live now. So when I found out about where the glasses were delivered I sent off a short not, I got a response and they sent me another pair. And just be be nice they sent me a second pair

After my newborn essentially destroyed my $150 pair of Target glasses, and scratched the life out of their anti scratch lenses I decided I needed to find an alternate, cost effective, solution. I had a lot of friends recommend me to EyeBuyDirect and when the 2 for 1 sale happened, I couldn't say no. I definitely plan to buy perscription sunglasses and another pair of frames.

This was my first time buying prescription glasses online. I have to say the hardest part was waiting for them to arrive. The USPS misdirected the package but when it finally arrived I was thrilled. I'm so pleased I'll be ordering a few different pair for driving, sports and around the house. I made a few changes to my order and the CSR's were very patient and helpful. I have ordered a pair of computer glasses and they arrived in a very timely fashion, no side trips. These are excellent too.

I will never buy my glasses any other way. Not only is it affordable, but the turn around time is quick. I've needed glasses pretty much my whole life and have always dreaded when the time came around to get new ones - not anymore. I can't say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was by the quality of my frames & the price is beyond compare to other websites! High-quality prescription eyewear at affordable prices! I love the online app for "trying on". I've ordered several pairs of glasses through this app for myself and my husband, and we are very happy! Now I can have a "wardrobe" of fashionable eyewear. We ordered premium transition and progressive lenses- and they came out great! It eliminates the need for separate sunglasses or reading glasses, for most purposes.

I was considering returning the glasses i recently purchased, because I mistakenly purchased a full rim frame that looked like a semi-rim frame that I had originally wanted. But, in the end, I've decided to keep the frame and glasses I received, because they look good, and will probably be sturdier for me. I am considering getting another completely different look next time, probably sooner than later. The service is great because there is the option ot return the eyewear if you don't like it- and that gives me Peace of Mind!

The customer service representative I interacted with was friendly, extremely helpful, and made my purchase very easy. I needed to update my order with a few changes after I placed it and they responded to my emailed request within 10 minutes. Overall, my experience was lovely and I'd recommend EyeBuyDirect to anyone who uses prescription glasses.

I bought a pair of metallic green cat eye glasses and get nothing but compliments. I wish I had something other than a post-it notes to give to people. But they're replacing old ones that were ugly. Anyway I bought a pair is sunglasses and of glasses. With transitions. I never know when I'll have my sunglasses with me.

Like anyone else who has never bought glasses online, I was very skeptical when this came up on top of google searches. I looked all over the Internet and read different reviews and it seemed like there were so many positives, but I was concerned they could have been paid. Anyway I went to the website, started my order found a pair of frames that I liked after uploading my photo to try on. I was really surprised that by the time I got to the checkout the price was still as affordable after adding all the options that I wanted. I got the Decadence frames, chose the thinnest lenses that they offer, added all the bells and whistles and the total still came to $89 with two day shipping! The glasses arrived early morning on the second day which is far less than 48 hours. And the best part is the glasses look great and fit perfectly. After this experience, I don't even know why visionworks and all these other companies still exist. They charge so much but with these guys I'm getting more fashionable options for very cheap.

Like my reading glasses, reasonable price and good service. Packaging was well designed and product was good,. Will recommend. Request to have more choices in SMALL size. Contacted customer service as my package was lost, but the US Post Office did an excellent job tracking the package and delivered it on Monday, 11/28/22. Thank you.

I purchased 2 pair if regular persecution glasses and 2 pair persecution sunglasses. They were already a great price but I got them on sale around the holidays. I paid less for all of those then I would have for one pair at my eye doctor using my insurance. It was so easy to place the order. They arrived in a short amount of time. The quality of all of the classes are really great. I will only be shopping hear from now on. Highly recommend!

Ordering was easy, many styles to choose from & delivery was quick! Awesome Had all the options I swatted like Transitions lenses, which I've had in my glasses since I was 12 & now I'm a senior citizen! Much easier & cheaper than a lenses shop by the doctor!
