Find my GlassesUSA review. This experience was entirely different. I received my order yesterday. 8 days after my order was placed. The frames were not what I expected. I called eyebuydirect.com and requested a return per their policy. No challenge what so ever! The simple fact that I had a human answer and an immediate resolution made all the difference. By the time I hung-up, I had a prepaid, emailed shipping label without any corporate straight-arm nonsense runaround like my terrible GlassesUSA's experience.
I had two pair of glasses saved in my cart for this sale. I log in today only to find the frames are out of stock. That is what your system said anyway. However, if I ordered it again today without progressive lenses, it is available. It's not like I can change my prescription. The weird thing is, I just bought this exact item in my cart 3/19/24. Today I have to pick something I didn't necessarily want but needed sunglasses. Baloney if you ask me.
Bought multiple pairs of glasses to find one I liked in person after virtual try-on with the idea of returning what I didn't want as stated on the site. Turns out when you return pairs, discounts are taken away. When I tried to return more than half of my purchase, I was going to pay almost double the price of for the pair that I wanted with discounts removed. I ended up just returning all of them and buying glasses elsewhere.
Try-on doesn't work. The PD I entered is accurate, as measured by me, as well as the last 3 opticians I used at brick and mortar opticians. Yet their Try-on grossly exaggerates the size of their frames on my face. Same thing happens for all their frames. Even their smallest pair of children's frames looks far too wide for my face. One picture is worth a thousand words, so have a look.

None. Their online virtual try-on is a method they use to sell their products. This is what I'm complaining about. I did not make a purchase, because the virtual try-on grossly exaggerates the size of their frames on my face and therefore does not provide any basis upon which I would make a purchase. This is the reason I sent a dummy receipt, because it would be unconscionable for you to reject a review by someone who spend a long time browsing frames on a retailer's site, then an hour chatting to a rep, who was unable to do anything besides suggest that I take a chance and place an order for something that would likely have to be returned.
I found it difficult to order. Although I chose gun meal frames they are a very light color.

I ordered a pair of glasses on Dec 11,2020. Mr order was sent out one week later. However, it got lost in shipping. I emailed Eyebuydirect 5 times and eventually this company agreed to send a replacement on Jan 11,2021. The price for USPS shipping is reasonable (about $5-6). However, USPS is not as reliable as UPS. There is no reason that eyebuydirect need to charge $19 for UPS shipping. Seems that eyebuydirect intend to promote USPS without enough about its customers' benefits.

Item I picked stated 2 day delivery for the price. The price did not include that. So, I paid more for rapid delivery. But it still took about 2+ weeks before I received my order... not better than any other place. 2 day turnaround is a deceptive advertisement. Rapid shipping was deceptive as well. My experience with this company did not feel very honorable.
Delivery took much longer than with other online eyeglass companies. One pair of glasses had very loose, splayed arms... so glasses kept falling off. Have been trying to adjust them but they still don't fit correctly.

The frames claimed to have spring hinges. There was no spring in the hinge. My 3 for $20 dollar reading glasses from Costco have spring hinges. These $70 frames do not. They were totally unable to come up with a satisfactory replacement frame. Now I have to ship these back and wait for a refund. A total waste of time. It took about a month to get the glasses and it will probably take an equal amount of time to get my refund. Shop local so that you can see what you are getting.
My lenses get very smudged and it's very hard to clean. The one temple came loose after only having the glasses for two weeks. Would probably not shop here again.

I had $10 credit with EBD. I checked the box to use it on my order. When I checked out the $10 was not applied. I called and they said they couldn't fix that but they would give me a $5 refund. Upon receipt of glasses, I did not get refund. I had to call them and then they said they issue refund. I was also told I would receive a free case, I didn't.

Bought 3 different glasses. Two floral ones didn't look at all what was pictured on the website. 1 were sunglasses but I would call them lightly tinted, they definitely don't work in the sunlight. Everything felt overpriced and they don't even include a glasses case and cleaning cloth like Zenni does.

Needed spare glasses for work.
I bought these frames a year or two ago. I was just sitting here and the left side of my frames cracked. I chatted with someone, but since it was over a year, I can't return/refund them but they gave me a 30 percent off. That isn't going to help me. There obviously something wrong with them if the frames just crack while sitting on your face.

The selection for kids was limited. We followed every tip given, yet none of the 3 pairs that came in actually fit any of my three kids. Disappointing.

Paid extra money for 2-3 day shipping and the glasses came 10 days after we ordered them. My expectations were that the process would be close to a week. Maybe some clarity when ordering of how long they take to manufacture then ship would help.

I returned the glasses to you. The frames did not look good on me, but more importantly, the lenses were awful! They were unusable. I know it was not a matter of getting used to them b/c I've worn progressives for many years. I think they may have been produced on the wrong base curve. Regardless, I returned and I am anticipating a refund.

However, they continue to spam me with emails even though I have unsubscribed multiple times (due to excessive emails). I have no choice but to report as spam and block them. PS I started receiving spam text messages from strange numbers around the time I called EyeBuyDirect customer service. I don't know if it's related, but considering the mailing list violations, I don't trust their practices

This was not the first time that I ordered from EBD. The first time went fine. This time, the order shipped without confirmation, finishing before i was done. It did not allow me to select USPS shipping so I was forced to spend $20 on shipping. Then, after I paid for premium shipping by force, the glasses still took 16 days to arrive to my home. Extremely dissatisfied by the service.
The price, but the forced $20 shipping took that aspect away.

I ordered the glasses and it took over a week for it to ship. Then another couple of days to actually get to my house. I know it's not going to be like Amazon next day delivery, but why does it take a week or longer to put the order together? When the order arrived, one of the frames was very bent. I have submitted a return request, and still heard nothing back (2 days later).

I sent in the authorization and spoke with one of your Eyebuy Direct reps. I was told over a week ago it would be placed. I had to reach out today to get an answer. Hoping I get my glasses soon as well. How I am feeling is still pending.
I've selected to return / exchange the glasses I ordered due to incorrect prescription. It's been over the 24-48 hour response timeline from customer service and still haven't heard from anyone regarding my options for a credit / return. I am in desperate need of new glasses so this is frustrating.
