I am very impressed by EyeBuyDirect. They make it simple to order and the prices allow me to have two pairs of glasses. Actually for the price of four glasses that I purchased is half price from the eye place I get my eyes tested at. Why do they make glasses so expense at the eye doctors. Shipping and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend EyeBuyDirect.
I checking out the site for 1st time. And I get a popup saying your 1st pair is $9.99. I'm like hell yeah. So I get 2 pairs. But the $9.99 was a scam. I checked my emails & nothing. At checkout nothing. There just trying to scam you. If there one was just 1 good legit company that treated the consumer right. They would clean house. I would even pay a little more. Just to shop somewhere where there not deceitful with there little popups trying to hook you in. It's like dangling a carrot that you will never get. I didn't receive any glasses yet. But I hope there not cheap plastic that breaks like other reviewers say.

I've put a few pair of their "cheap" glasses through more trials than a normal pair of glasses should ever have to endure. That being said the first pair lasted a year until a winter accident that also broke my radius and ulna. Second pair I left on a mountain peak for almost two weeks. (total accident and had to wait for a snowstorm to clear out and go find them. But I went back up and got those $12 glasses!) Three years of abuse and I still use them to this day! Albeit the lenses are pretty dirty and scratched, I guess it's time for a new soldier to take the frontlines.
I found your website unfriendly and cumbersome, particularly as it applied to sizing. None of it was step by step easy. Selection is great. Hopefully mr girls will love your product. I'll let you know. I bought them bu sight alone. Simply liked the way they looked

The area were you can select a pair that you do not see is very small, could be easier to find to request a certain style like i did. If the style look up area was larger.
As a person who goes through eyeglasses quite often (I am very picky), this frame would be my first choice every time. The price and quick shipping are the icing on the cake :)
I have purchased from eyebuydirect four times now. The glasses are awesome and really great for the price. I have had no issues with any of my glasses or lenses. Unfortunately the process to buy the lenses is such a pain. 2 out of the 4 times the amazon pay does not work. After logging you in it just takes you back to the cart so you are stuck in a circle of check out > amazon log in > cart > checkout on and on. The other issue I have is the style and fit survey. After you take it if you change your mind and want to look at plastic instead of metal for example, you have to retake the survey from the beginning including remembering or getting your full prescription out which is super annoying. Overall I liked the frames so finished ordering frames for my whole family this year but the site was difficult enough to deal with that I don't know for sure that I will come back next year.

I love this site. The products are great. I do wish there was a way to donate the old glasses or send you the old frames and put in new lenses. I feel a little wasteful everything time I have to order new glasses with a new prescription. Is there a way, I could connect with your company to donate old glasses?
Pricing and selection are good. Only disappointment that the "WELCOME" 15% + free shipping promo code was not honored because the frames were on sale by a few dollars.

Honestly have never been dissatisfied with a pair of goggles from here. Each pair has come in a timely manner, and is the perfect fit! They even send little tools if they need to be adjusted to your head, though I've never needed to use them. 12/10.
Try it on feature is inaccurate and pretty useless. But the frames are cheap. Lenses aren't too expensive. Cheaper than Glasses USA.

The prices are amazing. The glasses are great. I will purchase from them again. I love the quality and prices. Customer service is the best and they are so helpful. I have recommended them to everyone.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
