Had to email my script to get numbers that the online order form wouldn't take. My uploaded pics kept getting distorted when they loaded after uploading them 5 or 6 times so I couldnt use my own photo to try on the glasses. This is my 2nd time ordering from EBD - the first order consisted of two pairs of eye glasses and fell in love with them. I was just browsing (i still have both pairs from my first order - they're amazing quality) but fell in love with two different pairs and had to get 'em.

This site was one of the most inexpensive sites online I could find to get my glasses I had a copy of my hard copy I took a picture of myself I knew my pupil distance and I added a few pairs on and I really like the Wayfarers the transitional lenses the whole ball of wax was cheaper and they had a 30% off discount which made my purchase under $100 I highly recommend.

I have bought one pair of glasses on this website and my partner has bought 2. Shipping is always quick and we have saved SO much money on glasses using this website. I've at least a dozen different pairs of glasses from EyeBuyDirect and loved all but one of them. They quickly processed my return with no hassles.
I also had one pair of frames that broke (my fault) and they still replaced them. When I broke them again - still my fault - I ordered a replacement frame for $9, popped the lenses out of the broken frame and into the new one, and had a new pair of glasses for less than ten bucks.
All of that to say, the products are great, the website is easy to use, and the customer service is incredible.
Bought the cheapest, most basic pair ($20 with shipping) just to test quality. I got them in 7 days and they are great! Now I'm going back to get my bifocals. Gonna put the $20 pair in my emergency kit.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
