I've bought from EBD for years now and they have always been good. I have been quite happy with the digital screen protections they offer and at the EBDblue prices it is awesome. The only weird spot for EBD is their selection can change quite a bit in a large time span, but I've never been unable to choose something.
I tried to order a pair of lenses that were soon to be out of stock. Because of the website malfunctioning, I wasn't able to purchase them because they were sold out before I was able to buy them. Very dissatisfied with the website.
I've ordered three times from this site. My first order gave me such a headache when I wore them that I had to send them back. My second order has been fine, the lense material is not great quality even though I made for the higher quality. My lenses often look smudged even after a lot of cleaning and they just don't look clear. We will see how the sunglasses turn out as they have yet to arrive.

I ordered 1 pair a few weeks ago, just to try it out and see if they were nice. They exceeded my expectations, so I just ordered 2 more pairs. The glasses fit nicely and the frames are nice quality. I was able to type my prescription in easily, with no issues or questions. Would definitely recommend!
So far seems ok. I guess We'll see. I hope it looks as good on my face as it does on tablet screen.
It was cheap for the most part, shipping is free for 7-14 business days. The only downfall it seemed like every frame I wanted the couldnt fit my lense size in them which was kind of a bummer but I also just used this site to order a back up pair of glasses for myself which I hope turns out well.

Good glasses promo codes don't get applied to final price even if they are valid. I like to order from here cause I can get stylish frames for cheap but the website is frustrating cause the promo codes don't actually work won't use again

Overall a really good way to buy quality glasses. The site is easy to use and the customer service is quick to reply.
I'd spent most of my life wearing glasses I didnt like cuz they were all my eye doctor had that were ok. I spent an arm and a leg on them and I didn't even like them. At first I was hesitant ordering online cuz I couldnt try them on but when I saw the prices on the frames I liked from Eye Buy Direct I figured why not! I could buy 10 frames and it still wouldn't cost as much as 1 ok pair from my doctor. But when I got them in the mail and put them on I fell in love! I get compliments on them all the time, I bought some for my 7 year old daughter and I don't have to worry about her losing or breaking them. I can actually wear sunglasses which I never did before cuz I could never justify the cost. I just ordered my 5th pair from them and I'm never going back.

I was excited to use the BOGO code. I got two pairs of glasses for half of what I'd pay for one pair at my normal eye doctor office.
Just go 2 pairs of prescription glasses for 31.00 that is a ton less then going to an eyeglass store. The last time I went to a store for glasses the exam was free the frames and lenses cost well over 200.00
My eyebuydirect glasses usually lasts out 6-8 months before they loose the tension in the side arms, about 28 months before the "special coatings" bubble and anout24 months before the lenses get so scratched I have to order more. It's fine, it's cheap so I always come back, plus they have cute styles. I wish the product was better, but I paid less that $150 for both pairs, I guess that is why I got what I paid for. Don't order expecting them to arrive in a hurry though. They push it the full 2 weeks. So don't wait until your glasses are unusable to order again.

While the glasses are affordable, the selection becomes very limited with the prescription you have. Plus I used to be able to pay in AU$ and now it seems to want USD. Very confusing site now after using it for years.

You cannot beat the quality & price of these glasses. I took them to an eye exam recently & my Dr. said she couldn't believe that they were from an online purchase.
Very nice site, helpful features for browsing glasses based on sizes or lense shape, most annoying part is if you use the filters for filtering out to frames that fit certain size requirements, it does not save your filters as you navigate around and you'll have to set them up again.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
