Warranty is fraud. They will charge three or four times more for the replacement. They keep giving reasons that the original lens does not exist and you need to upgrade and it is few hundred bucks. Also, almost all frames we bought broke after few months of use. Bad quality. Do not trust them and waste your money thinking you are paying less. Over time, you will pay much more to these guys.
Your the only business I would ever buy glasses from. You're always dynamite. Compared to brick and mortars that rip us off. You're a god send.
The ordering of glasses cannot get any easier. I have not gotten the glasses yet, so I can't comment on them but the website is easy to navigate and choose. I'll try to update when the glasses arrive.
I needed some glasses, but my prescription was 2 years and 4 days old, which was just over the 2 year limit permitted for it to be valid. So, I hopped on this site and got a pair of glasses for $25. I was very happy, until I misplaced them at a night club. So I just bought 7 pairs of glasses for the price of 1 at my clinic.
I can't how happy I am, these glasses are great, arrive quickly, and are tailored to my specific needs. If you lose them, no big deal because you can buy a new pair of prescription glasses for $20... It's so much better than any alternative at least in the USA.

Unfortunately Eyebuydirect doesn't really provides a customer friendly shipping method for customers out uf US or Canada. I wanted to purchaise 7 items for my boyfriend and me but first of all it was not possible to purchase 7 items at one time. So their suggestion was to order 2 packages. But shipping fee was 57 $! I texted them several times to ask why shipping costs are so immensly high but they couldn't really get me an answer. They said for my destination it should be 29.90 or something. But well... it wasn't. So I really recommend ordering elsewhere...

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
