Delivery is too slow for the price compared to your competitors. I will be looking at another firm next time because your delivery provider Usps is unreliable 2 weeks to get delivery plus the time you need to process and make the glasses!

I made a mistake on my order and had to start over, I did not notice I missed reentering my savings code. They called to confirm the order and they informed me there was a difference in the cost and credited my card for the discount code amount. Great customer service, and good quality for a little one who is rough on glasses.

We've used eyebuydirect for years and the only drawback was waiting to get your glasses, but with their new express frames option, there is literally no reason to not buy your glasses online. The price, quality, and selection are all better than the eye doctor, and now eyebuydirect is often faster than the eye doctor, too.

I broke my glasses and wanted to find a new pair. The glasses were delivered pretty soon and I am happy with the results.

The glasses are cute, really like them and that they're affordable. But bc they're so cheap they're more on the fragile side so they don't last as long.

I've been buying from EyeBuyDirect for a couple of years due to the fact of their wide selection of round glasses (John Lennon/Hairy Potter). Communication with the company is great when there's a discrepancy with prescription or if they discontinued a frame. I will continue to purchase from EyeBuyDirect.

Replacement blank frames should be made available faster.

Needed a back up pair of glasses & was told about this site, like the glasses & found one pair I extremely like, ordered & loved them since. Fit well & had many compliments.

Experience fine- but cannot see well out of glasses

Ordered two pairs. I can get them cheaper at a local optical store but I get more choice at EyeBuyDirect. The only bad thing is you can't tell if they'll fit and if they don't you have to send back etc which is a pain. I have purchased 6 pair from here and been happy with most. The cheap frames break easily so I recommend buying the higher priced ones.

Easy and fun, worked out great and inexpensive for my daughter's first two pairs of glasses!

I loved my glasses and look forward to future purchases.
