It took for ever to get my glasses. Order on mid Nov and got them Dec. 5th.
It was good, but for some reason it rejected my credit card the first time, and also erased my promo code, good thing I caught that. The second time, it finally worked.
This is an update, two weeks later it was a lot cheaper and free delivery, I only got BOGO and 15 % off, the thxgiving deal later is free delivery and 30 % off. I'm pissed

Eye buy direct has a great selection of quality eye glasses. I have ordered from them several times, and I have always been satisfied with my purchase! We had an incident with my husband's lenses getting chipped, and they went above and beyond to replace them.
I tried to order frames and lenses for a month. I knew i needed/wanted frames and lenses, i needed help with ordering the bifocal thing. I called, emailed, was told that i wouldn't be helped. It was kind of distressing. Ordering is not real intuitive.

Picking out the size was the most difficult experience for me. I thought I picked the right size but they are a little bog on me and slide down my nose a lot. The price was great! I'd shop here again I will select a small size frame.

Seemed easy to order. Nice styles to choose from. I like the Try On feature! The low nosed bridge glasses are not designed well enough for my bridge so had to add stick-on pads. Decided just to keep them rather than return.
