The frames were very nice but the glasses didn't match the prescription I provided. I eventually found the glasses I lost so I could compare them to the new glasses. Close but not the same. Since they are only for TV viewing I'm just going to keep them as backups.

They were happy enough to take my money then provide a fake tracking number. Each time I called or emailed I got a different story as to when and from where my glasses had shipped. NONE were true. Glasses never arrived by the "No later than" date.
Fast, easy, good price, glasses have spots on them that can't be wiped away from the anti glare and blue light filter. So I would recommend sticking with the basic lenses

I ordered my glasses and they were on their way to my address. After much time had went by, they still had not arrived. I finally called and they got sent back to the factory and i asked them to tell me why and they said they had no clue. My adress and everything was correct so the lady said she would process the order again. I called back again a couple days later after receving no update and the man said that they should be shipped out that day HOWEVER i checked back two days later and they were still in the factory! So i called ONCE AGAIN today and the lady said that my glasses are still in the damn factory. She said they should be shipped soon ( like what is soon?) but now it will take them even longer to arrive. SO i kindly asked for expedited shipping because I CANNOT see or even drive right now. I really needed these glasses A LONG TIME AGO. All she said she could do was send a form to the factory basically telling them to hurry up. This whole thing has been such a hassle and i am really upset because i am practically blind right now and cant even leave the house without glasses. Its been almost a month since i ordered and i still have not received anything helpful or offered.

The glasses look great and feel great. The try-on feature was pretty accurate, and the glasses look even better in person. There was a decent selection of the kind I wanted, and the prices are such a steal. The only thing was slow shipping, got my glasses a little bit after the 14 days as promised, and I never got an email that they shipped. Even though they assured me they were "in the last stage of quality check" for about a week, customer service was friendly and prompt at responding to emails.

Paid the 2 day shipping as the glasses I had broke so I've been unable to see. 15 days later it was still listed as being in the lab and hadn't even gone through quality control yet.
Wrote customer service and was dismissed with a script responce. After writing back and forth they kept giving me mixed information and finally said they put an expedite order to the lab but didn't even know where they were.
2 days later they show up without any updates or emails. Glasses quality were bad and whats worse is it was completely the wrong RX. Not even close!
Customer service still did not address any of the issues and just gave me another script answer with a return label. Nothing done to make this right.
Now I have to wait for 3 or 4 more weeks to get my 290$ refund in before I can go buy new glasses elsewhere.

Eyebuydirect, even during a pandemic, has remained consistent, fast delivery, and product is still decent quality. The glasses aren't high end looking or anything but the price is right. My son also has glasses from them and they hold up to a ten year old. I have bought about 6 or seven pairs and usually during sales, so prices have been pretty good.

I have a very strong script and used to pay upwards of $500 for glasses at the optometrist. Now on EBD I pay roughly $140 for glasses that match the quality of those $500 ones. I keep coming back for more because of their quality, service and value and I am never disappointed!
The sizing is not correct. I had three frames total and although listed as different sizes, they were not at all. Trying to get help was an absolute nightmare, and once I decided to just get a refund, they kept offering other things after I repeatedly said I wanted to return the glasses. I shipped them back last week and I still haven't received my refund.

I bought a pair of frames and the prescription was wrong. I had difficulty returning them. I got another pair and although t he prescription was correct, I didn't like the way the frames fit. They would not accept them as a return. You get what you pay for in the case of this company.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
