Very very easy to order. I've ordered glasses once before (about two years ago) and they've since revamped the site to make it even more user-friendly! My only critique would be to have any prescription used for previous orders available to select for future orders, and maybe that's already a thing but i couldn't find it. Can't wait to get my new glasses and my first pair of prescription sunnies!

I ordered my glasses March 3,2018. Today is March 21,2018 and still no glasses. I have spoken to 4 customer service representatives who all told me something different. I found this company to be extremely evasive and uniformed as to the entire process. They are suppose to cancel my order and credit my card - I bet this will be an exhausting process as well. They are not an honest company and I would definitely go elsewhere to order glasses.
I bought two pair of glasses and they are amazing, I just ordered sunglasses with prescription and Im sure they wont doubt my expectations. Super happy with EyeBuyDirect.

I love this place. I've bought 4 pairs of glasses already, it's getting a bit addictive. Eye glasses are so expensive, and you have to go through so many pairs of glasses to find the right ones. I've found that every pair of glasses I've gotten from here looks pretty decent on me. And all of the styles are modern and stylish. I've told so many people about it. I highly recommend it.

I purchased a pair of glasses in early Dec. The frame broke in mid Feb. I emailed customer service twice and got no response. Then my review of the frames was deleted. With so many other store online to buy glasses I wont purchase from here again.
