This is my first eyeglass purchase and the site was very user friendly for a beginner! Also affordable!
I like that I can buy glasses with the prescription that I have without having to get a new one. I appreciate the opportunity for discount codes; they come in handy. I bought two pairs once but made a mistake in my purchase and they gave me a full refund (minus the shipping fee.) I was pretty satisfied. I just wish the transitional lenses did not cost so much, but I understand why. Also, it did take a while to track my refund, but once the customer service team realized that they had already received my return, I was issued a refund that same week. That's the only thing that made me give 4 instead of 5. If 4.5 was an option, that would be my rating. But I am overall satisfied! Much more cost efficient than going to an actual store.
I have made several Purchases and have yet to be awarded my points in order to build them to become part of the loyalty program. Not sure why the offer such a thing if purchases made aren't being accounted for towards this perk.
The glasses selection was good. I ordered 1 pair with tint. I was offered 20% discount which i received. However, i was also offered free shipping which there was no place to put it. I paid for shipping. Just hoping the glasses are a perfect fit.

And the website just a little more user friendly regarding order modifications. I also realized after 3 or 4 days my order was on hold, i guess for verification... but no one notified me of that so im not sure how log they would have sat on hold. Otherwise ive had success with Eyebuy in the past, they're also favored by consumer reporting if youd like to decide for yourself.
This site has some really cute glasses at reasonable pricies. I can not wait to get my order so i can give a better review.

Before was cheaper and does not charge the inrallable I will have to change the place of purchase is very expensive and had more mount change the image of the person

It's really great I came across this website on an Instagram ad. I was having trouble looking for stylish glasses online, as most sites I've seen are really... robotic. It's plain and difficult to find cheap stylish glasses. But this site is very user friendly and the option to upload a photo to "try on" the glasses is a huge plus. I'm crazy happy about this site, my glasses come soon and I can't wait.

Very helpful explanations of all the sizing and options so I felt confident I was buying the right thing. Encountered a glitch when selecting lens type: selecting "clear lens" did not make the "next" button become active. Somehow got to the next step anyway by clicking on other stuff.
