They have the newest frames and very inexpensive on their lenses. I could not have found a better place to get my glasses. I just ordered a second pair and will be ordering my new perscription when I get that done. I have the Valentine frames in blue and I get many compliments on my glasses. I always tell them where I got them and the price and they cannot believe it. :)

I have always paid out th wazoo for glasses and not been that excited about the frame options I was given. I just spent over $100 on glasses WITH insurance and I was pretty annoyed because I could only get one pair. So I saved up and looked at eyebuydirect and found that for the same price as that ONE pair I got two pairs (prescription sunglasses and a pair of eyeglasses) with a case and shipping and high end eye protection. I am so excited to get them in and see how they do. It was worth it to save that kind of money.

I can't believe I hadn't gone with eyebuydirect before. I am able to buy several pairs of glasses for less than half of one pair of designer glasses. Due to the variety I am able to have a pair that matches several outfits and for various occasions.
I ordered the Dialogue frames in what looked like a burgundy color on the site, but when they arrived, they were like a light lavender color. I was disappointed, but kept them since I like this color as well. I was confident in ordering from EyeBuy before, but am now a little weary.

Live chat was down. BOGO was only on the frames, so not really the deal I expected. It asked me to log in after my cart was filled to speed up the process and it cleared my cart so I had to start over. Checkout process would not allow me to add a credit card so had to use paypal. Pop up ad said free shipping but it added it at the end, so frustrated at that point I just paid for the snail shipping. Worried that if I went to look for that information it would clear my cart again.
I've ordered from here before and the glasses are good. I enjoy getting my glasses from here and looking at all the nice frames
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
