Contents of package was damaged. Outer boxing was in very good condition. Inside the plastic wrap was a Return Merchandise Authorization for someone else that returned the item. I'm guessing shipping just repacked it and sent it out to me so I'd have to return it. Not good!

The care they give in shipping the tires and wheels is amazing they mounted and balance and boxed them individually with extra packing to keep the wheels from damage will buy from again

I called to place an order and was told one of the items was out of stock, but a shipment would arrive on Dec. 17th, so I waited until the 17th, placed the order and was told by another person in the "chat" the item wouldn't arrive until Jan 10th. I wasn't too happy to say the least, but placed the order anyway, and one item did arrive in a timely manner in time for Christmas, which did alleviate my stress level, I'm hoping the delivery date for the other item doesn't get pushed back again!

Expected the item to come in a package with some padding, but that's not how I got it. Received in it's normal packing which was slightly damaged.
