I read the reviews and agree with them after installing it myself. The instructions leave a lot to the imagination. Missing lock nuts, etc. I'm going to have to remove the bumper and redo the installation because I drilled holes in the wrong spot for the mounting brackets. This could have been resolved with a better understanding of where exactly the brackets should be installed!
I paid extra for "Two Day Shipping ". I took four days to receive my order. Will never do that again.
The website was fantastic however I paid for priority shipping and now my package is arriving late.

I ordered exhaust insulators for my JK weeks ago, but they never shipped. USPS tracking never progressed past "label created". When I messaged about it, the associate told me it was lost in shipping. I don't think this is true. If you forgot about the order, tell me you forgot about the order. Bottom line, tell the truth and your customers will appreciate it much more than a lie.
Instead of going above and beyond, they did literally the minimum to make the situation right. The best they could do for my cheap order was, " we will investigate and in a few business days, we'll send you a replacement or you can have a full refund". No rush delivery, no partial refund and delivery, no gift certificate, and no apology.
I need my Jeep running because I can't keep borrowing cars. Honestly, customer service is dead across the board. As a business owner, the customer should always be right, even when they're wrong (within reason). You exist to offer services and goods to customers, so stop treating customers like a burden. Go the extra mile to actually earn business.
Whatever. I'm tired and annoyed at this entire situation. I've given up expecting to pre-pandemic customer service to return.

When I ordered my part on Tuesday the 7th I was informed by your site that it would be here Friday the 10th. Instead, it was not delivered until Tuesday the 14. So that was not cool. Overall the part appears to fit right in no issue still have to test it out

All of it arrived on time. All the new items were correct. Only the open item box was wrong. Return pending.
The order process was great. Fedx dropped the ball and delivered a day late per their tracking. It was on the truck, but not delivered until the following business day.
Better technical support help free mounting and balancing and 3 day delivery, what else can you ask for?
I ordered a part on Jan 6th and paid additional money for 2 day shipping thinking I would have the part within 3 days of purcahse around the 9th. The order was not processed/shipped for several days and then once shipped it took an additional 4 days. Why charge someone extra money and not deliver? Because I did not get the part in time I have not been able to drive the vehicle as the level kit should have been inspalled prior to my scheduled appointment to have new larger tires installed that would have fit properly if the lift lit came in on time. I have spent a lot of money here over the years, not anymore.
