I'm sorry the center console cover didn't fit right! I tried to call but wasn't able to reach you, but I left a detailed voicemail. Since it's not the same one as pictured, I started a return for you. If you decide you'd like to return it, you'll recieve an email/text with a photo request- it'll ask for a couple photos, and we can return for a full refund. Or if you have it installed and don't want to return, we could keep "AS IS" for a discount since it wasn't exactly as you ordered.

This was so easy to install. About 45 minutes from start to finish. There aren't many options for a 2025 Tundra yea but not much has changed in the engine compartment. This fit perfectly. Can definitely tell there is a HP increase.
So far everything I've gotten through Extreme Terrain come promptly and fit just fine,except a Rugged Ridge snorkel didn't fit my Mojave. But a little help from you tube and my skilled mechanic it's perfect. So all and all a 5 star rating
Bought an open box retractable bed cover. Was told even included all the hardware and instructions. Sounded great; however, when I opened the box was both side rails thrown in the box with loose packing paper on top. That's it. That was all that was included. Now I have to repackage and drive it back to Fedex to get refunded.

First call with Charity who spent almost a half hour helping me get my order ready. A few problems prevented my order & payment from going through during that call. The next day I called back and spoke with Josh, who was able to finalize my order and payment. The customer service team at Extreme Terrain are passionate with the product they sell and ensuring a great customer experience.
I paid 100 dollars for next day shipping. I had already hired an installer to work on my jeep and install the new rack. I did this because I am going camping this weekend, and I needed the rack installed. Unfortunately, the item didn't arrive on time. So I had to reschedule the installation. It arrived 1 day late. So, I lost the 100 dollars shipping value.
To be honest, this is the second time in two months that Extreme Terrain does not deliver on time. I did not want to put a bad review the first time since I thought it was an isolated incident. It could happen.
But unfortunately, this seems to be something that they don't pay enough attention. I hope I can get a refund of the shipping value this time.

Long wait for order and then the wrong parts came.
Now they say 2 more weeks for the right parts to be sent out. First order with this company and it's a bummer.
Shortly after placing my order, I received a call saying that I had ordered the wrong part for my vehicle; the rep was knowledgeable and helpful. My only critique is that I've been waiting for almost a week now for my return label so that I can return and replace the part.
GOOD PRICES WHEN DISCOUNTS ARE APPLIED. Shipping costs can make small dollar purchases not a good value.
