Never disappointed when purchasing from Extreme Terrain. Our Jeep keeps getting better looking.

I've dealt directly with your staff directly before, and on products I've purchased, it had said if I purchased it, I would receive a fender guard, when I brought it up to staff, they said they would see what they could do and sent a little, very little flag. It says if you make a review and post pics, you get decals. I have made 2 reviews and got 1 sticker.
So jf I could make a suggestion, it's train your staff on specials, not just at Xmas, but other times as well. I've bought other things at your Competition because I believe there no reason to stay loyal to you

So far, I've been very happy with all of the opened box items for my 2012 jeep. I don't mind if there's a scratch or a couple of missing screws. It's a great deal if you got the know how to put parts and things together, and make them work the way you need them to.

Quick delivery and the visors look great... only thing that could have been better... please label the left and right visor to identify proper install for novices like me.

Everything arrived in a timely fashion and prior to the scheduled date. The only thing I did not like was that I was offered extended warranty for the lift kit. According to the details on the warranty policy it stated that it would cover 1yr after manufactures warranty expired. This was not true due to the fact that rough country offers limited lifetime warranty with their products. Fortunately ExtremeTerrain was able to give me store credit for the amount of the warranty purchased.

Because of my fog lights on my bumper the front license plate holder I ordered will not fit my Jeep. I now have a product that I can't use.

It was delivered fast and looks amazing! The hand screws are easy enough to install, and i put rubber washers on the ones on the center roll bar as a precaution to keep any water out or to keep it from making noise when hitting bumps.

Was shopping for led work lights, price was good and they were in stock

Great experience from start to finish. Placed my order on Thursday evening and got it Sunday. Very happy with the turnaround. The price was very reasonable and the product is very well made. The nerf bars where ever easy to install. I am very pleased with them. Will be ordering more stuff from extreme terrain.

Great selection of pretty much anything u need, makes everything easy. Shipping was really quick. Only thing was I wasn't able to use the code that says 50$ off that they have on their front page "claim" button. I tried putting it and it says invalid or something like that.

Fed Ex is always delayed; the expected date is never met and the boxes despite creful packing procedure always come damaged and the product was damaged twice.
