Couldn't figure out why it would not add to cart. Finally figured it out, but a bit unusual way of doing things.

Processing/ shipping took a while. No tracking or updates from the manufacturer. However customer service from extreme terrain (Lisa) was very nice and helpful

I ordered my Flow master full exhaust kit and it was awesome easy to install and sounds great and looks great on my Tacoma.

Website was easy to use and provided good information to ensure the accurate selection of the right product. The left and right door seals fit perfectly and the rear tailgate lower seal was correct. However the upper glass seal for the hardtop was incorrect. Extreme Terrain was quick to provide the return information. I would use them again.

You get a very well put together video of install on most products you buy, before you actually buy it. I also was interested in other parts and called a rep and they were willing to send me a mounted rim and tire to.ake sure it would fit my truck and not rub without any money exchange. That alo e impressed me as you all now not many companies go out of their way to help a customer but this company go's above and beyond. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my truck as they are very fair priced and have a huge selection of anything your looking for.

The steps arrived in illinois 2 days after purchase. They were well packaged and damage free.

Installation took about 45 minutes and extremely easy with just a ratchet and flathead screwdriver to remove the caps in rocker.

The steps are a little awkward for me (5'10") but great height for wife and kids.

The parts selection was vast. The parts were well described and illustrated.
