I have been looking for a toggle switch housing for a non Jeep vehicle I've modified for some light drag racing. I needed a way to Mount my toggle switches and your product is just what I was looking for. I have just ordered it and am waiting for delivery. The process so far has been painless.
I ordered my item online. It was a pretty easy process. The only thing I would change is shipping and delivery but it's kind of expected for the item I ordered.
Ordered the Dorman aluminum oil cooler and filter assembly for the 3.6 in my 2013 jeep wrangler. It's been day's, the money has been taken out of my account and all it says on tracking is "the shipping label was created, awaiting pickup" is this a manufacturer or shipper issue or what... really wish someone could give me a idea of why I paid for a part that is taking day's for fed ex to pickup... HELP!

Nothing on your website said that you only ship thru Fed Ex. I ordered a $60 item and it was going to cost $150 to ship it Fed Ex. That is beyond stupid. It is utterly ridiculous.

The doors online were shown to have mirrors. Nothing in the picture showed that they didn't have mirrors. But when I got the doors, they didn't have mirrors. And when I called customer service, they were unwilling to help me solve the issue.

I'm sorry to hear about your service experience! I reviewed your orders, and unfortunately the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Element Doors don't come with the mirrors. The photo includes the mirror to show off the door, and how it would look with the mirror. Under the "Installation & What's in the Box" section it lists what is included: Element Doors, Hardware, and an Instruction Manual.
I'm sorry about the confusion with the part, as well as that our service agents didn't do more. I saw you've been a great customer over the years, and I truly appreciate it. I worked with a manager and we issued a $50 voucher to your account for your next order online or over the phone.

I located your order for the Rear bumper and found the tracking shows delivered and there is photo proof on their website. We have the same delivery address listed as the one above that you mentioned not the 26 Buchanan Ct. I'm not sure what happened here but if your item is in fact not at your delivery location and you do not have possession of it please reach out to customer service as soon as possible so we can assist you further.
