Order wiper blades for my Tacoma. Instead I got "1955-57 Used Sed/WGN RH Vertical Inner WS Garnish" Could be a mistake. Hopefully it can be fixed
In October 2023, I purchased and installed a Centerforce clutch for my 2020 JLU to replace the recalled OEM clutch for which no fix was available at that time. I immediately experience shifting issues particularly going into 3rd and 5th gears. I spent over a year trying to diagnose what I thought was transmission problems, well before the end of the 1 year warranty. Finally, MOPAR issued a fix and new clutch for their recall, and my shop suggested installing it in November of 2024. The vehicle now shifts like butter. The problem was the Centerforce clutch all along. When I contacted Extreme Terrain to request a refund, they refused to honor the warranty, claiming it had just expired, even though I provided evidence the problem started well within the warranty period. Their customer service representative incredulously hung up in my face!
I had purchased many products from them in the past and will never do so again. Looks like I will be heading to small claims court to recover my $1500.

Our return policy is 30 days from the time you receive your order. With warranty from the supplier, or purchased extended warranty the policy is replacement only no refund. Since you are outside of the return policy and the manufactures warranty has expired we would not be able to accept this back. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I needed a new antenna for my Jeep so went to the XT site, found a replacement quickly, should be here Monday.
The products at Extreme Terrain are vast and of good quality. The problem I have found is that 1) there is not way to easily search through the reviews to find what you need. They have a frequent questions on products section which is nice, but no way to comb through the reviews. 2) If updates are made to the product this is not reflected anywhere. The bumper I purchased was upgraded at some point to reflect the needs of the users by adding in appropriate fog light brackets to different models, however this information was not shown, and as such people are avoiding the product or going in with incorrect conceptions.
My Wrangler is 2013. The rubber hood latches seemed to be getting more and more springy, causing seriously troubling hood flutter in wind. I tried some replacement rubber latches that were worse than the old ones. But the aluminum Red Rock hood latches are amazing. No drilling. Easy install. I don't know why Jeep doesn't just outfit new vehicles with these aluminum latches.
IT WAS VERY EASY TO SEARCH AND PURCHASE THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET BUT AM SURE IT WILL BE TO THEIR HIGH STANDARS FOR QUALITY.

I ordered a pair of DBA drilled and slotted rotors for my 2016 Toyota Tacoma or what i thought was a pair of rotors due the product details informing that there are (2) brake rotors in the box. And also next to the price of the rotors it stated "our price $236.61 pair. Only one rotor was delivered. I called extreme terrain and spoke with an employee and she apologized and told me to ship the single rotor back and that she would ship me a new box with two rotors. So I did just that. The new shipment finally came in and sure enough only one rotor came in the box. I called back and spoke to another employee to get to the bottom of this issue. I was on hold for awhile and then the employee came back on the line and said that there was a mistake and that their website is not updated. I was told that the price on the website is for a single rotor not a pair like the product detail description stated. Was told that would have to pay for another rotor. I was bothered because my truck has been down since the original order date of NOV 7th. And that she did not try to compensate for their mistake whatsoever. Closed mouth does not get fed right? So I asked her if she can honor the deal because of thats what is advertised on their website. She went to speak to upper management and came back and said all they can do is give me $20 discount. I was upset but at this point my truck has been down for well over a month and still no rotor. So I just paid for another rotor. Will not be purchasing anything from extreme terrain from here on out. Oh and the website is still not updated.

The package was in a war between your facility and my house. I have had bad experiences with FedEx before but this was terrible. I'm not sure if I received everything that was supposed to be in the box.the two main mounts were there?

I purchased an open box item. Fedex damaged the item during shipping and returned to sender. XT tried to give me store credit only because it was an open box item. However I never received it. XT should have had my item insured for the full retail price and sent me new one after FedEx damaged it.

It was easy to find and order what I wanted and it arrived quickly. It was packaged great with no damage.
I ordered spark plugs. They arrived in a soft pack. A soft pack! One of them had actually fallen out of its individual box. There's no telling what my titanium plug gaps are now. I even received an email asking whether I got my package or not the day before it arrived. What the hell is going on in your shipping and receiving department? Not the quality service I have experienced in the past.
