I purchased the Go Rhino RB 20 Slim Running Boards for my Tundra. 5 of 8 brackets were scratched some down to the base metal and the boards were not exactly the same (there is a flange on the top side facing the door that was different lengths in each running board). ET offered to reship but we agreed on a fair store credit (~30%). The brackets are not visible but was a little disappointed in the quality of product which is prob not ETs fault. Overall I like the boards and the defects are not noticeable once on the truck. I'm not sure where the Go Rhino manufacturing is done but it could use some QC improvement. Thanks to ET for the quick resolution … you should allow picture attachments to the review I didn't have that option.
Excellent! After looking at tow bar options on Extreme Terrain I reviewed the video on assembly. This greatly simplified my decision and helped with the fitting on my 1997 Wrangler. Purchase and delivery were great!
Love that the wheels were very well packaged. Definitely recommend buying wheels and tires together through the site and having them mounted and balanced. They were literally ready to use!
I ordered an open box that was missing parts. They agreed to send me a small credit that did not cover the cost of the missing parts and hardware. After installing the bumper i noticed that they did not weld on the safety chain mount. This ITEM IS ILLEGAL and they will not let me return it. They told me after the fact that by accepting the credit i had FORFEIT THE WARRANTY AND THE ABILITY TO SEND THE ITEM BACK. This is shady practice and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Ordering was simple, and delivery was quick. To bad I got in an accident before it got delivered. But it's one less part i have to order now.
It was super easy I got on the website looked up the size tires that I wanted found what brand I wanted and purchased them. They showed up within three days. Definitely gonna buy tires from here again.!
I need a floor drain cap and new blubs. I was able to find both quickly and they were shipped out fast!
As the title says, really happy with the cover. Install was easy, took between 45 minutes to an hour by myself in low light.
Expected the item to come in a package with some padding, but that's not how I got it. Received in it's normal packing which was slightly damaged.

I ordered a set of rugged ridge bump stops 11/5/24, received a clutch spring instead of bump stops on 11/11/24. Contacted ET of problem on 11/12/24 and returned the product same day and was given a $10 store credit. Bump stops are currently awaiting to be shipped on USPS status on 11/15/2024…today is Monday the 18th…2 weeks since placing original order, company is not very good at processing and fulfillment of orders. Wish I could leave a positive experience but this is not the first time that I have had problems with orders.
Extreme's description explicitly said H4 to H13 adaptor included with the ATC LED Halo Headlights - they were not in the box with the headlights when they arrived. I called customer support and they wanted me to jump through hoops to prove they were not included (after I already had ordered over $4,000 worth of parts from them). So, I ordered the KC Hilites adaptors and paid for them myself - then I did not get a legit tracking number from them. The parts themselves appear to be of good quality and I have had good customer service experience with Extreme - but, they really dropped the ball on this one. From the time I ordered the headlights to the time I received the adaptors was about 2 weeks.

Order wiper blades for my Tacoma. Instead I got "1955-57 Used Sed/WGN RH Vertical Inner WS Garnish" Could be a mistake. Hopefully it can be fixed
