Disappointed with buying your tires package

Very disappointed with how my card was used various times to purchase a set of tires. My card vendor told me that extreme terrain credit my card 4 times back. The whole experience was a nightmare. Extremely disappointed with the outcome, l am very unhappy with the results.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE HINGE MOUNTING SCREWS WERE NOT ALREADY PAINTED BLACK - BUT NOTHING SOME SPRAY PAINT OR THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE CANNOT RESOLVE. WILL DEFINITELY BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!

Pleasant and easy transaction

I was able to navigate the website and find a pair of step bars for my tacoma 2023 access cab. I had a question about the correct fit and size requirements for a certain model and the box chat (online) person was a tremendous help and gave me a few options to consider. The online process from selection to checkout was extremely pleasant and intuitive. Shipping was quickly communicated via email along with tracking and delivery updates. Highly recommended online retailer.

Overall my experience with Extreme terrain was very good. I did have some issues with the app and the site; they were a little glitchy. I had to call in and the sales people were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Even though i had some difficulty with the app and site, the sale people made up for it. I will continue to use Extreme terrain. On top of that, some of my order arrived today, which is only 2 days from when I placed the order.

Aluminum radiator purchase

I called in with numerous questions about which would be the best for my vehicle, the rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable and guided me to the best for me vehicle, which was not the most expensive even though they work on some form of commission, I found this to show honor and integrity, putting the customer ahead of monetary gain, something that is hard to come by these days

Ordered rims with the incorrect offset, however the sales person ensured they would fit my truck etc...at any rate, i called back twenty minutes after placing the order to try and see if i could change rims from a -6 offset to a -12 offset (mind you still trying to do business with extreme terrain), but i was told the rims were already pulled and they cant do that (quite efficient it would seam), however once it came time to process my return of course they took their sweet time. Don't recommend doing business with them at all. I am in an off road truck club and will be sure to share my experience with the 100 plus members i am in constant communication with on a weekly basis. Thanks!

Didn't Arrive

Site says it would be here in a certain day. Did not show up, so now I wait. Hopefully it shows. But now the weather is turning. Don't say it will be delivered at a certain time, if you have no idea when.

3rd order that was incorrect

Last three orders were shipped with completely incorrect items. Last order was for 65.00 hardtop screws. They sent me 188.00 led side lights. Not even close to the item number. Just sloppy. Will find other vendors for needs now. Just sloppy business.

2024 Bronco Mud Flaps

Updated review

Ordered the Weathertech mud flaps for the correct year and bumper but turns out Weathertech makes two mounting options. The front were perfect, the rear would not work. Easy to return just the rear and Extreme Terrain is tracking down the replacement. Easy to work with.
