I payed $8 for shipping to get it on the 6th. It is now the 8th and it's still not here. The order just keeps getting delayed. If I pay for faster shipping I should get it when it says I'm going to. Not multiple days after. Don't pay for faster shipping it's a waste of money.
The order process was good. Talked with a sales associate t{ make sure that the parts I was ordering were compatible and they got me a $30 discount code for the order. The only problem is that 2 of the plastic sliders on the spring alignment guide were broken and 1 I found out in the street in front of my house. Otherwise I love the parts and order process. Thank you

Terrible had them canceled several of my orders and still haven't got a refund of almost a 1000 dallors

Overall experience was very good. The only problem was when I went to pay for my order. I was not able to pick my existing payment method. I had a credit card on file with my account but I could not pick it. I had to re-enter it completely from the beginning. Not sure what was going on there.
EXT had right product, right price, fast delivery, easy installation. They are my GoTo supplier for my 06 TJ.

Better than rubicon express. Smooth ride, I've had other shocks and springs set ups and so far they Clayton's are my go to. Maybe I'll try trailer next. But I feel that Clayton isn't talked about enough. All you hear is rubicon express this and old man emu that. Get the Clayton's, call it a day.
Poor. Disscription of item was not clear so did not work. Just poor advertising. Having to have 100 caritures is kind of stupid.

I've ordered from XT numerous times and every time has been uneventful, which is good. I order parts, XT ships them, I received them.
I ordered a soft top for my Jeep. It arrived a day earlier than expected. Took about 2 hours to put on and it looks great. It's everything I could expect. Extreme Terrain offers fast service, east to order and excellent fair prices. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for Jeep parts.

While I have not yet installed all the parts I bought, the shopping experience was great. Website was easy to use, and the products were delivered quickly!
The unit had only three brackets for each side of the running board. According to your representative, it only requires three. I looked into purchasing one additional mount per side, four small pieces total, and was quoted $154.00. That's 25% of the original set to start with. Somewhere in the $80 range would have been high but acceptable.

Very disappointed with how my card was used various times to purchase a set of tires. My card vendor told me that extreme terrain credit my card 4 times back. The whole experience was a nightmare. Extremely disappointed with the outcome, l am very unhappy with the results.
