I got a phone call sunday from E.T. Salesman. He gave a a quote on 5 tires 5 rim package. I expected the deal and purchased. Money came out of my account. Then Monday morning I get message from my bank I'm over drawn by 1200$ it took 3 days to get my money back calling every day. Absolutely a mess. Three overdrafts fees later. O but here is a 20 dollar voucher for your next order they said. You can take that voucher and stick it up your@$$.
This was my first purchase from Extreme Terrain. I quickly learned that they have a great selection and the transaction was extremely easy.
Delivery was fast but box was damaged. I do not know if there was supposed to be a nut that went with this front wheel drive shaft.But there is no nut or any hardware.

I had no idea what to call the part, but I described it, found it, ordered it and received it with no hassle or complications. I haven't had a chance to put it on, but it's identical to the part that I broke and am replacing so I foresee no complications there either. I'm a happy camper.

As I was getting ready to mount my roof rack to my truck, I noticed that the direction of the hardware was poor, and there were no clear instructions. When I watched the video on their website, it stated something that I did not have all the pieces for. I called customer service and was transferred around to where an employee said that there was no video posted on their website, and I was looking at the website as I spoke to her. I asked for her supervisor and was hung up on. Will never by there again!
