Supposed to be three day delivery it is now day for and seems my order has yet to be shipped. Not sure if it's the shipper or the company
Received the Destroyer rear bumper w/ tire carrier. Specs don't mention that you need a license plate relocation mount ($100+). Specs mentioned that you can keep your stock towing receiver. Second sentence in the installation instructions says "Remove towing receiver". I guess you can keep it on a shelf? You'll need to order light bezels to install lights (not included), for additional $35+. If you have a plasma cutter, cut your own out of the blanks provided. Use your oem bumper mounting bolts instead of the low grade ones provided.

I ordered these for Christmas and they arrived quickly and are easy enough for my boys to install. I would highly recommend buying your Jeep add-ons from Extreme Terrain.
Ordered the 2 1/2 inch Tera flex spacer kit for my 2020 Gladiator. Parts that were shipped were all correct but they sent 1" spacer instead of the 2" spacers. They offered me 25.00 to out source the item(What!) or wait until they decide if it was their mistake. Now I am waiting to see if the correct items will be shipping after Dec 16! I received the kit on Dec 2. And nothing more I can do but wait. I did send pictures of the kit as I received it as they requested.

Purchased a FOX steering stabilizer hoping to aid in the wandering Jeeps are known to do. After the installation I noticed zero difference between the stock stabilizer and the FOX. I did notice that my wallet was a little lighter. My Wrangler Rubicon is a 2024 with stock wheel/tire package.
Bought an open box item in very good condition. Shipping was sent economy which took 11 days from date of purchase to date of delivery, although 4 of those days were weekend days. Apparently the shipping company they utilized doesn't work weekends.
This was my very first purchase from you guys and I am totally satisfied! Why you guys need 100 characters, I do not know!
My most recent experience was much like all my previous experiences. Order was placed, processed and shipped in a timely manner. Products received were exactly as described.

Just placed my order. Ordering was easy. Price was good. Haven't received item yet, but I'm sure the quality will be good and shipping will be quick.
Jeep parts are expensive. It makes even more painful when they're hard to get. Extreme Terrain makes it easy.
As far as shopping for the product that was good. My only issue is the product did not fit my vehicle. The ad said it would fit a vehicle from 2007 to 2018. I own a 2014 and the runners were too long so I would need to send it back. This is why I gave it a four-star versus the five. I received the package in good time it just doesn't fit my vehicle.
I purchased bumpers for my Jeep Wrangler but after receiving the item I found out that it would not fit. I called Extreme Terrain and they accepted my return without any issues. I paid a very minimal return fee which was totally reasonable and they provided me with the return label. Excellent service.
The salesperson was very helpful and patience with me and my order, advising on how to proceed and find right product for me
Better technical support help free mounting and balancing and 3 day delivery, what else can you ask for?

I had to change vehicles because my guy got himself a new jeep. Was easy to change and I knew just what I wanted for it.
