On the website, it said that it would be shipped and would be here by the 23rd. Whenever I placed the order, I have gotten several emails to review my order, but I have not even gotten a confirmation on my order. I looked at the website and it said it will ship on the 26th which is three days after the date that it said it would be here.
These were simple to install on 2015 JKUR. Box has a warning label about not being approved for on-road use. Appearance meets expectations and look great installed. Fit is perfect and uses factory's plugs.
Ordering was easy and product came in good shape, shipping was solid albeight holidays. Installed side rails as I did not need forward rail. Easy install, those with spray bed liner need a 6x1.00 tap to clear threads for bolts. Found one at lowes for 7 bucks
Called to get some help regarding wheel lug pattern fit, customer service rep was helpful but I wasn't confident in his answer as to whether the wheel will fit or not. I ordered the wheel anyway, we'll see...
I ordered 5 new rims and lug nuts and got them within 5 days of my order viA FedEx. Packaging was solid and no damage to anything upon receipt.

They shipped me my Fox steering stabilizer without box or any installation hardware, just the stabilizer and instructions in a big shipping cardboard box. After all I have been spending with this Company.

Ordering was easy and quite pleasant. The product I ordered this time is the Black Twill, supposedly thicker and stronger than the Black Diamond model. Will let you know in the spring when I install it.
I paid extra for "Two Day Shipping ". I took four days to receive my order. Will never do that again.
Ordered the Bilstein B8 5160 front shocks for 18 JKU with AEV 2.5 lift, shipped via FedEx arrived before the weekend - I also ordered a pair of the billet reservoir mounts - but the shocks came with them already. Fit is fine (passenger side was tricky - I found that grinding off part of the top washer to make a flat edge on one side and used a Dremel tool to trim out some unneeded and in the way plastic, which made life easier, although still couldn't get a ratcheting box on the nut.
The ride is much better than with the old 5100s - they were getting old and tired after 50k miles. Washboards are not punching me in the kidney anymore - so they work.

Very Easy to use. I am very happy with the product and super grateful they sold these! Got Lights from LED FACTORY and they didn't come with anti flickers and was very disappointed with them about that. Thank you Guys!
Supposed to be three day delivery it is now day for and seems my order has yet to be shipped. Not sure if it's the shipper or the company
