I ordered Velcro handles and received suspension parts. This the first time I've had a problem with your business, very disappointed.
I'm frustrated that I was not told an item was out of stock before I ordered it. I recommend your company place "out of stock" on your your display items. I don't know how long I will have to wait for the item to be manufactured and sent to me.
With a 4 man team, 2 hours to prep my Wrangler to accept the rack. Plan to remove the glove box, emergency brake cable from bracket, and other under dash components to access nuts on backside of windshield hinge.
2 hours to install cargo rack. While traveling, expect wind noise.
The care they give in shipping the tires and wheels is amazing they mounted and balance and boxed them individually with extra packing to keep the wheels from damage will buy from again
I made an error when I ordered my part. When I called my problem was taken care of very promptly and efficiently. It was a very quick process.
Order only took a few days to arrive. Box was slightly damaged upon arrival, but that was not a big surprise due to the fact that it contained a heavy item. Packing materials inside the box was good and there was no damage to item.
Ordered an exhaust system for a birthday gift, they sent me a track bar. Paid for the insurance on the item, but customer service would not resend me the correct item until they could review all the pictures and info I provided, send me a return label for the wrong part I was sent, and then have to wait for it to register as in transit back before sending me the correct item I ordered. Will not order from again.

I ordered a part on Jan 6th and paid additional money for 2 day shipping thinking I would have the part within 3 days of purcahse around the 9th. The order was not processed/shipped for several days and then once shipped it took an additional 4 days. Why charge someone extra money and not deliver? Because I did not get the part in time I have not been able to drive the vehicle as the level kit should have been inspalled prior to my scheduled appointment to have new larger tires installed that would have fit properly if the lift lit came in on time. I have spent a lot of money here over the years, not anymore.

My wife just got the order that was delivered. Good news is that she was really wanting new turn signals for her Jeep. Bad news is that they just slapped a shipping label on the Raxiom box and tossed it on my porch. Worse new is that it was supposed to be a Christmas present for her. Every other order I've gotten from Extreme Terrain, the product was shipped in a cardboard box so that you didn't see what it was.

They can not ship the purchases correctly. Once again half an order arrived. When confronted they claim, just send more money. Sounds a lot like extortion or is it simply a scam. Such a sad business model!

The ordering experience was fast and very easy. Bumper was shipped quickly only took 4 days to receive. Unfortunately it did arrive with some damage to the painted coating but now dents. I wish they would send a touch up kit for small damage.
Have not had a chance to install it yet.
